Protests in Kiev is the classical scenario of capture of the power according to the scenario of the USA

«Euromaidan» preparation began long before the first mass actions and was conducted with active support of the American intelligence services and Embassies of the USA in Ukraine — the People’s Deputy of Ukraine of 3 convocation, the deputy of the Kharkov regional council (KPU fraction) Leonid Petrovich Strizhko answers the questions of «The world and we» about the events in Kiev.

— What became the main motive for the Ukrainian power at making decision on not signing of the Agreement on association with EU — an objective assessment of consequences or pressure of external factors?

If to be discharged of external factors and to estimate association as that on the basis of documents and the economic analysis, the conclusion about its consequences will be unambiguous for Ukraine. This conclusion is drawn thanks to the careful analysis of the contract by the Ukrainian and Russian scientists. The association with EU is extremely unprofitable to Ukraine from the economic point of view. And people could feel these negative consequences in the short term. Possible minimum pluses from this agreement are carried for 15 years.

It is the objective analysis, with conclusions and methodology of which nobody argues. On its basis it is possible to draw the corresponding objective conclusion and to refuse association. It isn’t a bargaining or policy subject — it is a subject of development of economy and the country future. Unfortunately, only the academic scientists acted with such position. In other cases there was no objective analysis and quiet conversation in Ukraine. And it isn’t casual — for «association of Ukraine with EU» various geopolitical forces see absolutely different purposes and results of this process.

Thus the objective, weighed analysis shows that participation in the Customs Union is favourable to Ukraine. The effect will appear quickly enough from it. The most important that it would allow Ukraine to keep the advanced, most hi-tech productions — instrument making, shipbuilding, the aviation industry and many other branches which somehow work in Ukraine for the present. All this wouldn’t become in 2−3 if the association would be signed. But all these consequences and conditions are a subject of discussion behind the scenes of a political scene. Those who shout the words «I want to Europe!» on squares can’t tell that it will mean to economy of Ukraine.

— How do you estimate the protest actions which were developed now in Kiev?

As for those events which occur today on the square in Kiev — it is the classical scenario of capture of the power which was repeatedly tested by the western circles, in particular, the USA. Today this main factor is behind the scenes of «European associative» sensation. And an event actually — result of efforts of the American intelligence services and in particular Embassy of the USA.

In a certain degree not signing of association with EU by Yanukovych was favourable to Europe and the USA and they prepared all these performances in the regard of not signing.

That the agreement won’t be signed was known to the informed people for a long time. And they prepared such performances. Organization and their planned performances were obvious — simultaneous performances won’t be organized in many cities of tens of thousands of people in two days. It demands a considerable preparatory work on creation of certain networks, financing and other large-scale organizational work. This work began long before procedure in Vilnius. If the agreement signed — well, we will work with Yanukovych and move him away a bit later. At not signing — it is used it as a pretext, as an occasion to displace the power. And the person put by others hands on a throne, knows perfectly to whom he has to serve.

It is possible that they specially offered the Ukrainian power the impracticable requirements, for example, about Tymoshenko’s release to provoke this not signing and to develop after that the scenario occurring now. Also it was planned long before today’s actions.

Scenario courses and techniques looked through rather accurately. For example, the leaders of opposition always are far away from those places where there are skirmishes with militia. So it was in attempts of storm of Cabinet of Ministers and Presidential Administration. These storms made by a certain «anonymous» people at large — absolutely faceless, allegedly, the national heroes.

The history of the last years showed us all variety of ways of overthrow of the governments in the different countries. And as in many other countries, the power in Ukraine continues to keep silence. In fact, all information resources work for so-called opposition, for pro-American forces.

The direct appeals to disobedience, to legality violation sound on radio and television. And all this is not the will of the people at large, but the operated, well rehearsed scenario of revolution checked repeatedly in another countries. And it is necessary to speak about it directly, but, unfortunately, very few people speak about it.

— To what such position of the power testifies? Are the occurring events are a consequence of shortcomings of all policy pursued before to some extent?

It testifies that the power has no resources, that it isn’t popular in a wide people at large. And actually there is for what not to love it. After all they brought to this attempt of capture of the power of neo-fascists, newly appeared Banderovites. They watched it silently behind the making of tens and hundred shock groups which work today both in Kiev and in other cities. They silently watched it behind how million dollars flow wide like water in pockets of so-called figures of opposition, and on this money there is a processing of the population and many other things. All this occurs in the face of the power not for the first year.

And today situation, of course, is very difficult. On the one hand it is internally anemic, lost any attempt to take an initiative and power in hand, and on the other hand — the aggressive, trained people acting on quite certain scenario who went to seizing power in Ukraine. And it is validly revolution attempt.

This attempt is carried out not in the interests of any patriotic forces in Ukraine. This attempt is carried out by hands of neo-fascists, pseudo-democrats like Yatsenyuk and silly persons like the boxer Klitschko. Possibly, as the leader the Americans will prefer the moderate Klitschko. This is the person who suits them from any party and Yatsenyuk is not a political figure, he isn’t necessary to them. And Tyahnybok the authority of whom falls every hour isn’t necessary to them.

— Do the persistent requirements from the West about Yulia Timoshenko’s release are the proof of that they want to see her at the head of protest masses? To what her release would lead?

Certainly, Tymoshenko, being let out though it isn’t provided by any law, actively would join in political struggle. And she would make very serious problem both for Klitschko, and for Yatsenyuk and for the power. She would become a person «number one» in this situation. And she could make extraordinary, unexpected courses. All present oppositionists don’t take any liking for her. The matter was that even before that Klitschko initiated the special law which would make impossible Tymoshenko’s promotion by the candidate for president. However, before it there was other bill which blocked Klitschko’s same possibility. That is, the situation reached open duel. Certainly, Tymoshenko’s release extremely would aggravate a situation in an opposition camp.

But today’s events already pushed aside Tymoshenko on the second plan. Every day she loses the political weight as it is clear that she won’t be released soon. And even if in interests of consensus Yanukovych will offer a compromise — freedom to Yulia, protesting go home, certainly, it won’t be executed. Because these people are ready to do anything today, they burn all the boats and will seek to win the power.

— Dispersal already in fact of the ended «Euromaidan» on the night of November 30 is the well planned provocation favourable to revolting opposition or the extremely unsuccessful actions of the authorities which caused surge in protest activity?

Certainly, this event isn’t casual. I already told that there are the people having an extensive experience in all these protests, requirements of freedom of democracy. It everything is already painted in tens textbooks and is taught in «colleges» of the corresponding specialties and profiles. In Ukraine all this occurs not for the first time. When there was Maidan in 2004, from this arsenal something was used too. Today it is classical, the sample scenario of revolution — that we already repeatedly saw in the last 10−15 years. And it is surprising that the power was absolutely unprepared to this line of action. Therefore Ukraine appeared in hostages at those who wants the power, but imagines a little what is the government.

The extremely important task is now — people have to know, first of all, as the power estimates what occurs. Proceeding from it and proceeding from the interests the majority of the people, it is necessary to offer opposition which already in a certain degree passed a side, to stop revolution attempts. The speech doesn’t go about other now. If it isn’t made, I think that we will witness soon the possible overthrow of this power.

The power needs to pass to resolute and clear actions. If it isn’t, bit there would be the silence simply, the consequences can be the most destructive. Especially as there are very skilled puppeteers behind the backs of tens of thousands people who came to the square. And they have enough money to buy and create «maidans», meetings, press, television, sociologists and a crowd of provokers. They can paint any picture and justify any scenario, set straight to any TV viewer. Therefore the clear, accurate position, words clear to the people are required from the power and then we can hope that the fascism won’t pass in Ukraine. And today this threat is extremely actual for Ukraine.
