Idiocy cubed from MFA of Ukraine: the population of the largest cities of the Southeast is declared as “diaspora”

I. Q. and competence of the present so-called «government» of Ukraine so, as they say, «inspires» that the position of Russia not to conduct negotiations with this illegitimate body should surprise nobody.

So, on March 17, 2014 the director of the department of information policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Evgeny Perebiynis declared the following at the briefing:

«The Russian Federation, reasoning legality of the Crimean referendum, places emphasis on the right of the people for self-determination. I would like to note that all international legal documents by such right concern indigenous people. 4 indigenous people live in Ukraine the ethnogenesis of whom is connected with the territory of Ukraine — these are the Ukrainians, the Crimean Tatars, Karaites, Krymchaks. The last three occur from the territory of the Crimea, and the others are diaspora of the people having the ethnic homeland outside Ukraine», noted the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

It is undoubted that Evgeny Perebiynis is the nice descendant ancient Ukrers, those who gave rise to Neanderthal men and, maybe, even to gorillas.

After all «national historically formed» official Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at one stroke sent … some tens of millions people to «diaspora» who lived for eyelids on this earth, built the cities and plants, gave birth to children. It appears, they knew nothing that was «diaspora». Whether it is worth after that being surprised, if after such statements the population of Kharkov and Donetsk, Odessa and Lugansk, other cities of New Russia and Little Russia not only comes for meetings in large quantities, but also will start expelling the Ukrainian army from the lands as it already occurs in Lugansk and Donetsk?

Kharkov city

It was based in the 1630th. The Little Russians settled there who ran from Poles from a right bank of Dniepr. The tsar Alexey Mikhaylovich constructed the fortress there and founded the Kharkov voivodeship in 1656.

Sumy city was founded by the tsar Alexey Mikhaylovich no later than 1655. The tsar allowed to settle the refugees-Little Russians there who were killed by Poles.

Poltava city was the centre of pro-Russian adjusted Little Russia in XVII century.
For that the hero of «Ukrer pseudo-history» hetman Vygovsky attacked the city and sold it inhabitants in slavery to the Crimean Tatars

Dnepropetrovsk city was founded by Ekaterina I. I. in 1776 and was called as Ekaterinoslav.

Lugansk city was founded in 1795, when Ekaterina I. I. founded the iron foundry on the river Lugan. The natives of the central and northwest provinces of Russia arrived to live to Lugansk in order to work in it.

Kherson city was founded by Ekaterina I. I. in 1778 for construction of the Russian fleet. Construction was carried out by the prince Potyomkin-Tavrichesky.

Donetsk city was founded by Alexander I. I. in 1869 at construction of metallurgical works in Yuzovka.

Nikolaev city was founded by Ekaterina I. I. in 1789. At this time Potyomkin built the ship «Saint Nikolay» there.

Odessa city was based by Ekaterina I. I. in 1794 on a place of the fortress constructed slightly earlier than Suvorov.

Simferopol city was founded by Ekaterina I. I. in 1784. It was constructed by Potyomkin on a place of Suvorov military camp and near the Tatar settlement.

Sevastopol city was founded by Ekaterina I. I. in 1783 on a place of the fortress constructed earlier by Suvorov. Potyomkin built the city.

Mariupol city was founded in 1778 by Ekaterina I. I. She settled the Greeks there — the immigrants from the Crimea.

Krivoy Rog city was founded by Ekaterina I. I. in 1775.

Zaporozhye city was founded by Ekaterina I. I. in 1770 and was called as Aleksandrovsk.

Kirovograd city was founded in 1754 by the Russian empress Elizabeth Petrovna. It was called as Elisavetgrad.

The history doesn’t know where Perebiynos’s ancestors were at this time when the Russians built and occupied Little Russia and New Russia lands. But it knows well that there is no Perebiynos city on the Ukraine map. As well as there is no Yatsenyukgrad, Tyagnibokpole, or Klichkorog …

But now the population of these primordially Russian lands had a serious occasion to reflect: and well as descendants of «ancient fascists» will solve, that it is possible and it is necessary to expel this diaspora on their historical homeland, and to occupy the freed lands by «correct and race pure fascists»? And it bears already a strong resemblance to actions of Hitlerite Germany … So, «Heil, Perebiynos!»?

And, maybe, it is the time for Russia to look at events really? And to declare New Russia and Little Russia’s lands as «illegally occupied» by Nazis impostors? With all that it implies?

However, while there is a hope that the Ukrainian officials suddenly will have an ability to think before speaking. But it isn’t trusted any more …
