The Crimea says “no” to Lenuar Islyamov, the nationalist and probable corrupioner!

During the last days there were many materials in mass media devoted to the identity of Lenuar Islyamov, the businessman and the politician who has held a post of the Deputy Prime Minister of the government of the Crimea after its separation from Ukraine and inclusion in structure of Russia. Meticulous journalists found out that features of his activity in any way don’t allow to speak about expediency of his further stay on this post.

So, «Moscow and Muscovites» edition writes, Islyamov Lenuar Edemovich is the owner of the distribution company «Quingroup», the Simcitytrans company, JSC Television Company Atlant-SV, the founder of a network of the dealer centers «Km/h» and «Just-Bank».

The main part of his business belongs to the Crimea. Thus Islyamov is the citizen of Russia, and in general is registered in Moscow on Koroleva Street, tells other edition.

Popularity to this character came long before present putsch in Ukraine. In particular, the citizen of Russia Islyamov actively sponsored and then provided information maintenance of display of the feature film «Haytarma». Deportation of the Crimean Tatar people in May, 1944 after release of the territory of the Crimea from fascist aggressors is shown in the movie. The movie in many respects forges history, has a pronounced anti-Russian focus and it is aimed at promotion of international discord between Russians and Tatars, notes Moscow and Muscovites".

The rare decent staff of SBU who have remained in Kiev, notes the journalists further, says that now the active role in provoking of social tension in Ukraine, and, in particular, in the Crimea is played by Lenur Islyamov, the citizen of Russia and the successful businessman from Moscow.

Devout conviction of this «patriot» of Russia is that Russians are guilty in all troubles of Tatars both in Russia and in Ukraine and brought him into warm embraces of Islamic extremists. So, till revolutionary events in Ukraine Islyamov was a subject of detailed consideration from SBU as didn’t avoid contacts with activists and fighters of «Hizb-ut-Tahrir». This lovely organization now takes active part in operations and acts of terrorism against civilians of Syria. Also fighters of «HT» over the last 10 years repeatedly proved in actions on situation destabilization in all countries of Central Asia. The trail of blood tries to keep step with these butchers everywhere where they start «helping» Muslims to gain independence. By the way, «HT» is officially recognized as the terrorist organization even in the democratic and tolerant USA.

One of the most respectable Russian mass media always publishing only the truthful and objective information «RBK» reports that «Deputy Prime Minister of the Crimea is threatened by resignation because of the Russian money».

According to the adviser to the chairman of the State Council Lentun Bezaziyev, the president of Russia Vladimir Putin gave recently a prior consent to allocation of 12 billion rubles till 2020 «for financing of actions for arrangement of the Crimean Tatars». For receiving this money of the power of the Crimea have to concretize, for which projects they are offered to be spent.

The Acting Deputy Prime Minister Islyamov and Republican committee on affairs of nationalities and the deported citizens supervised by him «sabotages the work on a specification of offers of the Crimean party» as Bezaziyev claims. «12 billion rubles are put— it is huge money. Under blow there is all program designated in the decree of the president about rehabilitation of the deported people of the Crimea. We can’t afford it», he declared.

The head of the commission of the State Council of the international relations and problems of the deported citizens Edip Gafarov called also other reason for resignation of the deputy head of the government. He reminded that Islyamov as the Deputy Prime Minister supervises also the sphere of housing and communal services and a water management. «Recently I went to Kherson to try to resolve an issue of filling of the North Crimean channel by water. I asked him to leave together with me, however he refused for some reason», Gafarov reported.

And on May 10, 2014 in the Crimean capital in the residential district Fountains in Simferopol solemn delivery of keys from 34 apartments to the Crimean Tatars in a new 180-apartment house took place, the Crimean Tatar news site «QHA» reported about it with undisguised delight. As organizers of action acted — Council of ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Republican committee on affairs of the international relations and the deported citizens and «The Crimean Republican institution «Management Capital Construction of Republican Committee on Affairs of the International Relations and the Deported Citizens».

Representatives of the State Council and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of the Crimea, the Acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of the Crimea Lenur Islyamov took part in action, the chairman of the Republican committee of the Republic of the Crimea for the international relations and the deported citizens Zaur Smirnov.

In the performance Islyamov noted that they didn’t manage to write out the warrants to all families on 90 apartments yet.

«Our builders in the person of the Republican Committee for the international relations and the deported citizens, Glavspetsstroy, «Monolit» executed that object which we put to end in the shortest terms. These are two entrances of the 90-apartment house, though it to 180 -apartments. The Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People’s Deputies didn’t manage to write out still all the warrants, all 90 as we wanted. Many officials who don’t manage to do this work, we will replace. Asphalt shouldn’t come to an end where the Crimean Tatar settlement begins, there has to be light at all of us, there shouldn’t be a distribution of any household benefits on ethnic questions. All of us are the citizens of one country, the official told.

However the delight of the Crimean Tatar people of the Crimea was quickly dispelled: it appeared that construction of this 180-kvartiny house was begun … in 2008. Due to the lack of the budgetary financing, building of object was suspended in 2012. Now completion of unfinished construction was carried out from the budget of the Russian Federation with the assistance of the Republican Committee for the international relations and the deported citizens. The Management of the capital construction of the Republican Committee for the international relations and the deported citizens was the customer. The contractor was JSC Grazhdanstroy and the subcontractor was Monolit construction company. Thus the house cost for moving of the Crimean Tatars upon its purchase at the Monolit company was overestimated more than in … 5 times! And the object is connected to municipal systems according to the temporary scheme.

Thus the action for delivery of keys by Mr. Islyamov was simply the show. Also the reaction of the Crimean prime minister Aksenov who having learned about these facts is quite explainable, refused to participate in it.

And at last, the Regnum edition told about quite reasonable claims to Islyamov, sounded at meeting of the State Council of the Crimea on May 20.

The question of Islyamov’s compliance to a post at meeting of Presidium was brought up by the adviser to the chairman of the State Council Lentun Bezaziyev. The first deputy chairman of the State Council Grigory Ioffe reminded that Islyamov at appointment to the post was given a trial period. «The trial period was given, and in this time there was a decree of the president. That to execute it, it is necessary to have internal conviction. In my opinion, the political involvement of this person doesn’t allow him to work as was expected from him», declared Ioffe, having added that to the place of the Acting Deputy Prime Minister «it is possible to appoint the new person and to give him a trial period too». As News Agency REGNUM reported, Lenur was approved as the acting vice-president of Council of ministers of the Crimea on April 4. Before from public persons Islyamov’s charges of the anti-Russian position sounded. In particular, the deputy mufti of Tatarstan Rustam Batrov leaving to the Crimea, declared that the Moscow billionaire Islyamov finances frankly anti-Russian mass media.

From all aforesaid only one conclusion follows: Mr. Islyamov not only takes an active anti-Russian and nationalist position and supports, including financially, anti-nationalist forces and mass media, but also we interfere with the fast and qualitative solution of housing problem of the Crimean Tatar people.

It is similar that concerning Lenuar Islyamov the well-known Russian proverb is quite applicable «The pitcher goes often to the well, but is brokeb at last…»
