The congress of the USA has passed the Law “Of the repentance before the released people”

Don’t be surprised, it is a fantasy, certainly… And actually the USA releases someone all time … This country has personally assumed the right to decide what is arranged correctly and what not in the world. However, some doctors-psychiatrists quite seriously assert that it is the illness, whether the schizophrenia, whether, take more abruptly, something of pedophilia type …

So, in July, 1959 the Congress of the USA has accepted the notorious “Law of the enslaved nations”. It is impossible to refuse the pleasure to read it completely in order to take pleasure in elevated style and the maintenance of this ingenious document (the style of the original text in English is kept) …

“As the greatness of the United States in the big degree speaks that they have managed to carry out the harmonious national unity of the people in a democratic way, despite an extreme variety of its racial, religious and ethnic origin, and

As this harmonious association of various elements of our free society has led the people of the United States to sympathetic understanding of national expectations everywhere and to a recognition of natural interdependence between the people and the world nations, and

As the enslavement of a considerable part of the world's population by communistic imperialism transforms the idea of peace existence of the nations derisively and the damage causes to natural communications and mutual understanding of the people of the United States with other people, and

As, since 1917 year, the imperialistic and the aggressive policy of the Russian communism has led to creation of extensive empire which poses itself the ominous threat of safety of the United States and all free nations of the world, and

As the imperialistic policy of communistic Russia has resulted, by direct and indirect aggression, to enslavement and deprivation of national independence of Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus, Romania, East Germany, Bulgaria, continental China, Armenia. Azerbaijan, Georgia, the North Korea, Albania, Idel-Ural, Tibet, Kazakia, Turkestan, Northern Vietnam and others, and

As these enslaved nations, seeing in the United States a citadel of human freedom, search for their guidance in business of the clearing and finding of independence and in business of restoration of religious freedom of Christian, Judaic, Muslim, Buddhist and other religions and also a personal liberty, and

As for national safety of the United States, the vital unwavering support to aspiration to freedom and the independence, shown by the people of these subdued nations and

As the aspiration to freedom and independence of the overwhelming majority of the people of these enslaved nations shows the strongest barrier to war and one of the best hopes of realization fair and a stable peace and

As it is necessary for us to show clearly to such people in the appropriate official image that the historic fact that the people of the United States divide their expectations again to find freedom and independence. That henceforth will be:

It is decided by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America, in the Congress of the collected, that: the President of the United States is authorized and he is also asked to publish the leaflet declaring the third week of July, 1959 as “Week of the Enslaved Nations” and calling the people of the United States to celebrate this week by ceremonies and performances. The president further is authorized and asked to publish the similar leaflet annually, while the freedom and independence for all enslaved nations of the world will be reached.
It is approved on July 17, 1959 by President D.D.Eisenhower”.

The initiator of acceptance and the basic developer of this epoch-making document became Lev Dobriansky, the American of the Ukrainian origin, differing with extreme Russophobic sights. His daughter Pola Dobriansky was the assistant of the US state secretary on global questions in Bush the younger Presidential Administration.

Even at the first perusal of this law, it becomes absolutely clear that the USA considers itself whether a center of the universe, whether the center of the angelic forces surrounded with fiends from different directions, that is other countries.

Let's leave the geographical opening such as “Kazakia” or “Idel-Ural” on the conscience of developers and appeal to historic facts …
The United States of America throughout all history released someone all time. In the beginning they have released the Indians, for those they are grateful till now. However, during the struggle for freedom of the Indians, the gallant European immigrants, whose descendants proudly call themselves as “the people of the United States” have destroyed tens Indian tribes. Then, when the Indians became very few, the Yankees were switched to the Blacks, sorry, the Afro-Americans and have started to release them in Africa. The history does not know for certain about how many black poor creatures were lost in Africa and in a way to “promised land”, that is to the USA and also on plantations of liberators.

However, the researchers consider that it is a question about tens million persons. Only for 1661-1774, about one million live slaves has been imported from Africa to the USA and over nine millions was lost during the road. The income of slave traders of this operation in the prices of the middle of XVIII century made not less than 2 billion dollars, astronomical figure for those times.

But it would be the big error to consider that it is the affairs of bygone days. As they say, very few people knows that up to the middle of 1930th years of the last century the Blacks quite openly … contained in the cages in the USA on a level with monkeys!

Only in 1935-36 the last cages with the Blacks have been liquidated in the zoos in the USA and Europe. And the Russian communists damned by the American Congress in 1936 have shot the widely known film “Circus” in which the Soviet Union took the black kid under the guardianship. But who could think in the USSR to put the Blacks in cages???

And at that time the white “liberators” willingly went to look on the Blacks in bondage (and also at the Indians and Eskimos). By the way, the last “time exposition” with the Blacks was in 1958 in Brussels at the Expo exhibition where the Belgians have presented “Congolese village together with inhabitants”.



More often the inspectors of zoos placed the so-called “ethnographic villages” in cages – when some black families took place in open-air cages at once. They were in national clothes and had a traditional way of life there– they have dug something with primitive tools, spun the mats, prepared the food on the fire. As a rule, the Blacks didn't live for a long time in the conditions of the European winters. For example, it is known that 27 Blacks have died in the zoo of Hamburg from 1908 to 1912 years in bondage.

By the way, there were not only the Blacks, but also other primitive people in zoos of those times –the Polynesians and the Canadian Inuits, Indians of Surinam (the well-known exhibition in the Dutch Amsterdam in 1883), the Indians of Patagonia (in Dresden).

In 1920 there were the Balts in East Prussia in bondage in ethnographic village who should represent “ancient citizens of Prussia” and execute their rituals before the spectators.

At the same years the USA actively promoted the arrival of Adolf Hitler to power in Germany who became the present “liberator” for many European, and not only, people. The giants of the American industry and bank sphere delivered the newest equipment and gave out uncountable credits. Was it the struggle for “freedom” of the “enslaved” people too?

The barbarous nuclear bombardments of the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki became the deification of such struggle. And what, tell on favor, the hundred thousand peace Japanese people have prevented the universal “democratizators”? All the more, the USSR has already entered the war in the Far East by this time and imperial Japan has been doomed …

It is more further. “Liberators” haven't calmed down on reached as “communistic” imperialism demanded the destruction and continued to release all without analysis. After the termination of the Second World War, the USA has started about 300 military conflicts and it is all became with a view of clearing of the “enslaved” people?

Only during the last years the Americans “have released” Yugoslavia, Iraq and Libya and the Libyan leader Muamar Kaddafi “has been released” by rape and the subsequent murder. And now they passionately want to bring the same “freedom” to Iran, dream of the Caucasus “Kazakia” and “Idel-Ural” …

The most surprising thing is that “Law of the enslaved people” in the modern world, if strictly to follow its letter, is necessary the same as the fifth leg to the favourite dog of the president Barack Obama. Really, the Russian communistic imperialism isn't present for 20 years. And this law continues to be. If the simple logic which is used by other world was accessible to the politicians of the USA, they would be simply obliged, caring, first of all, about the country, immediately to cancel the Law “Of the enslaved people” and to accept another in exchange …

Namely: to found the Day of memory of the people, whom the USA has brought incalculable sufferings and tortures. I think that after such step the authority of America would increase strongly in the world …
