Georgia still counteracts South Ossetia
The president of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov in Tskhinvali spoke on the most actual subject for destinies of the Ossetian people – about association.
The president of the republic declared the following:
- For each Ossetian the question of association of the people is paramount. It is necessary to move forward, overcoming political and legal obstacles. If association occurs during my presidency, then, I consider that carried out the task.
Our foreign policy department conducts active work on strengthening of the international positions of South Ossetia. In this work we are counteracted actively by Georgia, using the diplomatic contacts with those countries with which we seek to improve the relations.
