Poland and East Ukraine unite in fight against Bandera and Shukhevich

That was obvious to all, except unless to descendants of the most bloody ghouls of SS division “Galicia” and OUN-UPA at last started getting the real outlines. And it is not only destruction of monuments to executioner Stepan Bandera, it is the real steps on the international scene … And in this sense Poland showed an example of real objective approach to history.

In the Seym of Poland it is registered the draft of the resolution on OUN-UPA recognition by the criminal organizations, made genocide concerning the Polish population of East Kresy in 1939-1947. The draft of the resolution is registered on April 11, 2013.

The draft of the resolution offers to recognize the Organization of the Ukrainian nationalists, the Ukrainian insurgent army, SS-Galicia and Ukrainian police on the German service as the criminal organizations. Thus it is noted that all Ukrainian people aren't accused of this crime of genocide, but only specified political and paramilitary groups.

Due to the celebration of the 70th anniversary of genocide made by paramilitary groups of the Ukrainian nationalists of rather Polish population of East Kresy of the II Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth the Seym of the Republic of Poland:

1. Pays a tribute to citizens of the II Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, the killed Ukrainian nationalists and to establish July 11 as the Day of memory of genocide victims made by OUN-UPA in east areas of the Second Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.

2. Condemns the genocide of rather Polish population made by the Ukrainian Insurgent Army and other formations of the Ukrainian nationalists in 1939-1947, equally in the light of international law, as well as Polish, isn't the subject of a limitation period.

3. Expresses a tribute to members of Armia Krajowa, Kresowa Self-defence and Bataliony Chłopskie which conducted drama, unequal fight in defence of the Polish civilian population.

4. Recognizes the Organization of the Ukrainian Nationalists, the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, SS-Galicia and the Ukrainian police on the German service as the criminal organizations. The Seym of the Republic of Poland declares that doesn't accuse the Ukrainian people and exclusively specified political and paramilitary groups of this genocide crime.

5. Makes respect to those Ukrainians who bore the help to the Polish neighbours or refused participation in a crime.

“The 70th anniversary of the genocide made by formations of OUN-UPA of rather Polish population of East Kresy ІІ by the Republic of Poland once again reminds of these tragic events of the Polish and international public. Despite the accepted relevant resolutions in 2003 and 2009 by Seym of the Republic of Poland, case of perpetuating of victims and also preservation of historical memory of these events, is a task which we face as the state and the people”, is spoken in justification.

Deputies of Seym were supported by the head of the Kharkov regional state administration Mikhail Dobkin. He intends to address to the Seym of Poland with the offer to make the list of supporters of ideas of OUN-UPA and to forbid them entrance to EU. He wrote about it on the page in Twitter.

“I will direct the appeal to Polish Seym with the offer to make Bandera-Shukhevich's list and not to let those who preaches ideas of fascism in EU”, Dobkin wrote.

It is indicative that this time such initiative belongs not to any public forces, but the representative of the state, head of one of regions of Ukraine.

Ukraine starts beginning to see clearly.

The impetuous nationalism and fascism rehabilitation by the Ukrainian top brought that there was sharply negative opinion concerning Ukraine in the world: the analysis of results of monitoring of mass media shows that now from total of materials about Ukraine about 60% have negative character, 15-20% - neutral and only about 20-25% – positive in world information space.
