The European Union deprives Ukraine independence at its expenses...

19 requirements of the European Union are published in mass media the performance of which will open in front of Ukraine a door to signing of the Agreement on association with EU. The Ukrainian news agency "UNIAN" reported about it.

The European Union has 19 requirements to Ukraine:

1. Implementation of the recommendations stated in the final report of observation mission of OSCE/ODIHR concerning the parliamentary elections in Ukraine;

2. Overcoming of the recorded shortcomings of carrying out of the parliamentary elections in Ukraine on October 28, 2012;

3. Acceptance of the Electoral code of Ukraine;

4. Ensuring the balanced access of participants of elections to mass media;

5. Carrying out the repeated elections in one-mandatory constituencies in which the winner isn't defined;

6. The solution of a question of politically motivated sentences without delay;

7. Fast implementation of decisions of the European court on human rights;

8. Implementation of recommendations of the Council of Europe concerning the conditions of the confinement and medical care of persons who are in custody;

9. Ensuring the appropriate putting the new Criminal procedural code into effect, the new legislation concerning legal profession and creation of the National preventive mechanism against tortures;

10. Revision of the law on prosecutor's office in close consultations with Council of Europe / the Venetian Commission;

11. Revision of the Criminal code of Ukraine in close consultations with Council of Europe / the Venetian Commission;

12. Revision of the law on “The supreme council of justice” in close consultations with Council of Europe / the Venetian Commission;

13. Revision of the law on judicial system and the status of judges in close consultations with Council of Europe / the Venetian Commission;

14. Implementation of steps in militia reforming;

15. Realization of the constitutional reform according to the international standards;

16. Implementation of the reforms necessary for preparation for creation of a profound and comprehensive free trade zone;

17. Ensuring the effective fight against corruption;

18. Implementation of a control system reform by public finances, including expansion of powers of Audit Chamber;

19. Implementation of resolute actions for improvement of business and investment climate.


Let's try to make such mental experiment: to replace the phrase of OSCE and the Council of Europe in the Customs Union or the Eurasian Union in this text... Can you imagine what cry would be lifted by Yatsenyuk, Tymoshenko, Tyahnybok and other apostles of the Ukrainian independence about “hand of the Kremlin” and “empire” plans. And after all meanwhile under these fictions Ukraine is really deprived by independence...

Now the European Union will solve, right choices passed or not and how to punish the criminals... Any moment, it will put the ultimatum about the equal right of gays to be elected on a post of the President of Ukraine! So Ukraine is pushed in embraces of the international financial octopus and conducted on the road of the Baltic States from which the population runs. But the Ukrainians are not waited in Europe except as the slaves.

What will give the European Union to Ukraine? A lot of things: the credits of the International Currency Fund. There is no country in the world which would reach not only the blossoming, but at least stability with these credits. The introduction in it will finally finish the finished Ukrainian industry and will create more million unemployed, will deprive Ukraine of the market of the countries of the Customs Union. Well, as they say, one is free to do as one likes. That is, Europe to sir Yanukovych, sirs Yatsenyuk, Tyahnybok, lady Farion, Tymoshenko. To the rest of Ukraine... Further all in a rhyme!
