The Kiev public organization «Tamarina» decided to collect and to send «battalion of fighting invalids» to Donbass. There are no doubts they will become a thunder-storm of separatists, terrorists and numerous Russian troops which now enter, then leave in the Southeast of Ukraine …
The estimate which was granted to the commission for social protection of Kievrada is made for 3 billion hryvnias (at annual city budget in 18 billion).
On this money they want to buy 150 sets of full regimentals, the car for transportation of disabled wheelchair invalids, the car for operational work, 80 collimator sights, 8 army tents, office equipment.

Special prospects to this initiative are promised by completion of T-64, «Oplot» and «Bulat» tanks and also BTR-4E in fighting vehicles of invalids. The opportunities put in them by designers allow to provide their use by physically disabled people at insignificant expenses.
We will remind that at the time of the USSR the Zaporozhye and Lutsk automobile plants made the cars of different designs for physically disabled people.
