The last helicopter to the North

In the recent months rebels from ISIL in Syria and Iran have lived through hard time. After crushing defeats of the terrorists from the Syrian Army, which was supported by the Russian Aviation and Iranian units, soldiers of caliphate lost control over the major part of the occupied territories.

According to the data provided by the Deputy Director of the Department of new challenges and threats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RF Dmitriy Feoktistov the budget of ISIL reduced from 1 billion 800 million dollars to 400 million dollars and the payment to combat performer fell down by ninety per cent. The representative of Ministry of Foreign Affairs underlined that despite the loss in the Middle East the ISIL “preserves its potential and ability to carry out an act of terror ,recruit new supporters, and disseminate ideology”.

At the same time a great concern arouses among the military experts from CIS due to the situation in Afghanistan, where extremists move into. The leaders of caliphate do not conceal its intention to overthrow the government in Afghanistan and the Middle Asian states, seizure of their territories and creation of the quasi-state “Northern Khurasan.

The presence of the large units of rebels caused panic among commanders of NATO troops in Afghanistan. The coalition forces which turn the enemy of Taliban back are completely not ready to oppose a new threat. Where the American soldiers fail, the American diplomats come to help. It seems that one bright thought occur to mind how to solve the problem of the American military at one stroke simultaneously creating the problems for the rest participants.

Several months ago the mass media informed that rebels from ISIL deployed in the south of Afghanistan took off and turned to the North. The transportation of rebels is carried out by helicopters without identification marks. This info was soon confirmed by the local people.
A member of parliament from the eastern province Nangarhar Khadgi Zahir Kadir told in the interview to the news agency “Fergana”: “I and my friends many times became witnesses of transportation of soldiers of fortune from Daish on helicopters without identification marks. We also saw that the helicopters from time to time transport large boxes whether with weapon or provisions as well as new motorcycles for rebels from Daish”.

The first person who traced American involvement with the helicopters was the first deputy of the Chairman of the Chamber of the parliament Mohammad Alam Izildja: “According to my view , the presence of the USA coalition in Afghanistan foresees the pursue to their own interests but not the interests of the country. At present rebels from ISIL move from Syria and Iraq to the territory of Afghanistan that is a direct threat to the countries of Middle Asia, Caucasus and China. We consider it to be a strategic plan , which was created by the world powers”.

The former president of Afghanistan Khamid Karzay said more definitely about the role of USA and deployment of caliphate troops in the North. In the exclusive interview to the Fox News he said that America is not a fighter with terrorism but the creator and the loyal ally of ISIL. Karzay told that so far he had been informed about the appearance in the air of non identified helicopters, which supply the rebels with the weapons. To the question whose helicopters were, Karzay answered that the USA would have to explain.

This information anonymously was confirmed by the general of the Afghan army “ the northern region of Afghanistan has been under control of DAISH a year and half –two years, local authorities has no power to fight. We saw ourselves that foreign armies under NATO control supply and support openly Daish rebels. They use helicopters without identification marks.”
The similar data was provided by the security official of Kunduz province, who personally contemplated how” NATO forces and ISIL rebels met as friends and kept out of sight in the darkness”.

It should be acknowledged that American efforts were not futile. According to the head of executive committee SCO Sysoev E. “in the northern provinces of Afghanistan there are 3000 rebels of ISIL , who earlier fought in the Middle East” 80 per cent of them are foreigners including citizens of Russia, Central Asia and China”. More impressive data was said by the Deputy minister of Defense of Afghanistan T.Asi.

According to his opinion, in Afghanistan 8000-12000 rebels from ISIL operate, who can be divided into three groupings: islam followers from Pakistan, the youth from the Middle East as well as citizens of Central Asian republics. The last group is the most numerous and they act in the provinces near the borders with the Central Asian states.

The concentration of ISIL troops on the borders with Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan creates a real threat to these states as well as interests of Russia in the Central Asia. Installing contacts with the representatives of non-system opposition in these countries, unpredictable leaders of terrorists can start an invasion at any moment.

It is not exceptional that the factor of ISIL can be used by American diplomats as a mechanism of pressure on the Central Asian states within the framework of preparation of new wave of color revolutions in this region.
