Norwegian tragedy: Europe missed the fascism again…

Without doubt events in Norwegian capital Oslo and on near situated Uteya island shocked civilized and quite Europe. Explosion of great power in centre of Oslo destructed governmental buildings and mass shooting on little Uteya island of 1 square kilometer took lives of about 100 people. And quiet and unremarkable Anders Breivik killed by his bullets about 90 people on island…

Now all Europe distresses of died and pesters itself with question: “How could such happen?” Meanwhile the answer lies on surface: few hours before double act of terror in Norway its 32 organizer Anders Breivik placed in Internet Declaration of Independence of Europe of 2083 year.

He describes in details his analysis of “harmful culture-Marxist multiculturism” and developed by himself phased plan of liberation from it and from Muslim religion of all Europe in document consisting of 1518 pages. Breivik tells about progress of the preparation for operation in Oslo and on Uteya island as interview with himself.


“Culture Marxism by Frankfort school is much more dangerous than old economic Marxism ruined Russia”, Breivik writes in his declaration – work of three years. He also states row of anti-Islam expressions.

Breivik enumerates different conflicts with participation of immigrants of which he was witness or participant in more late years in chronological order. He called NATO attack to Serbia in 1999 as main event made him to revise his conviction finally and to plan attack later.

The USA and West European regimes bombardment of our Serbian brothers is inadmissible absolu¬tely. Everything that the Serbians wanted was to displace Islam by deporting Albanian Muslims back to Albania”, he writes. Breivik also stated in his manifest that after soul-searching he thought much about future of Europe, had no communication with acquaintance practically and devoted principal part of time for computer games and preparation of planned.

And he was not confused that “95% of continent inhabitants are likely to condemn such action”.
Anders Breivik considers Winston Churchill and Otto von Bismarck as ideals of national politi-cal figures.

Text of declaration was sent to personal E-mails of some politicians of right wing before Friday events. Additionally Breivik put 12-minute trailer in YouTube with short statement about his manifest.

Now Norwegian admitted his guilt in organization and perpetration of explosion in governmental quarter of Norway capital and murder of social-democratic youth rally participants on Uteya island. He called his actions “inhuman”, but “necessary”.

Let us pay special attention to some facts:

Firstly, Anders Breivik especially notes turn of his mind coming after NATO aggression against Yugoslavia in 1999, and he considers actions of alliance as naked aggression. Many Western politicians, in first turn in USA, caught “success in their heads” after Soviet Union disintegration in 1991, and they considered that could bomb any country now and eliminate foreign leaders who disagree with it including physical killing. They, probably, didn’t understand that first or last active opposition to it would form in their own countries because redrawing of the world according to invented in somebody’s fevered mind templates would entail great perturbations unavoidably.

Secondly, during two decades “democratic” and “civilized” Europe represented by such international institutions as PACE, Hague Tribunal and Strasbourg Court on Human Rights treat for surprise softly and even with sympathy active revival of fascism in some countries. Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Rumania, Hungary, Western Ukraine applied quite a lot efforts and reached considerable “successes” and received tacit support from Europeans.

Monuments to soviet soldiers – fighters with fascism are destroyed in mass order just there, fascist war criminals - local collaborationists are represented as heroes and somebody even dreams about revanche and revision of borders like president of Rumania Traian Basescu. Of course, such policy couldn’t have no influence on forming of public mind in European countries: Anders Breivik worshiped radical right-wing conviction not by chance. That is those political forces which he sympathized have common including financial background with circles sup¬porting revival of Nazism.

It looks like that Europe got radical right-wing threat in addition to Islamic terrorism threat as a result of own actions and thoughtless following in stream of the USA policy…

HITLER came to power greatly due to support of ruling upper circles of the USA and many Euro¬pean countries in early 30 years. American banks financed recovery of war industry of Germany, engines from England and France were installed on German airplanes. Europe closed eyes to takeover of Alsace and Lorraine, Anschluss of Austria and annexation of Czechoslovakia, and it was done for turn of Fuerer aggression to East. But the Europeans got the World War II as a result. And then and now one of main strikes of fascism is delivered on social-democracy…

If to be objective Europe together with the USA must repent for so myopic policy referring fascist Germany but Europe prefers do not to remember about this but moreover to compare as PACE did Germany and the USSR naming both “totalitarian”. Memory of “old dame” Europe is short: it forgot about those who saved it from fascism very quickly. And isn’t it time to approve World declaration about counteraction to fascism revival?

History is repeated twice, one time as tragedy, second time as farce. However this farce can be bloody as it happened in Norway.
