The U.S. State Department: Russia prepares aggression against the USA by hand of Chukchi people

The secret plan of Russia on hybrid war starting in all territory of the North American continent became known to intelligence services of the USA. The previously unknown hackers who managed to steal the extracts from the confidential report to the U. S. President Barack Obama from the server of the White House told about it.

It is known on April 7 the Assistant to the President of the USA for National Security Ben Rhodes reported on air of CNN TV company that certain hackers could get into computer systems of the White House, U. S. State Department and stole the important information. Thus he didn’t specify when there was this incident and also from what country these malefactors were.

As appears from the data obtained by unknown hackers at the end of March — the beginning of April, 2015 the president Obama, U. S. State Department spokespersons, CIA, the NSA and NATO repeatedly discussed the report in the White House presented by intelligence services of Ukraine and handed over by the prime minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk during his last visit to the USA.

In the report it is told there is an improbable concentration of manpower and equipment of the Russian troops in the east of Russia, in the territory of Chukotka and Kamchatka.

Having presenting the report to the president Barack Obama as the shorthand report of their closed meeting testifies, Arseniy Yatsenyuk declared: I got a number of data from the closed sources, the intelligence data. There is an improbable concentration of manpower and equipment by the Russian terrorists". He also added «recently rates of the Russian troops and equipment concentration increased several times».

The Ukrainian data were confirmed by the NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. He reported, «essential build-up of Russia’s armed forces along the Russian-American border is really observed».

Stoltenberg claimed «for the last month the Russians increased deliveries of arms to Chukotka and Kamchatka, directed more than one thousand units of heavy military equipment, modern systems of the weapon, air defence systems, tanks, artilleries, thrones there and organized the doctrines».

«We can’t judge intentions, but they have opportunities for attack», Stoltenberg told.

The president Barack Obama uncertainly stated doubts in problem gravity, however the State Department spokesperson Marie Harf disproved his doubts, having declared «the Russian military personnel masks well. There is a set of ways to make it, but we could identify them. We have a set of ways to do it. I won’t go into details». She was supported by the Vice President of the United States Joe Biden and senator John McCain and then the being present heard the report.

Thereafter the report summary follows:

— Recently, the understanding of the fact that the territory of Alaska was transferred to the United States in 1867 illegally and with violation of international law norms existing at that time amplified in the circles close to the president of Russia Vladimir Putin.

So, Russians claim that they have unanswerable case of that 7 million dollars gold which the USA had to pay for Alaska, were absent on «Orkney» shipboard going with valuable freight to St. Petersburg and which sank in the Gulf of Finland for the unknown reasons.

As the Russian sources say, it is authentically established by the Russian divers that instead of gold the lead ingots covered with gilding were on «Orkney» shipboard. Thus, the fact of Alaska sale, according to sources in the Russian Federation, is nothing more than the typical fraud made with direct support of the president of the USA of that time Andrew Jackson. Russians allegedly even had letters of the president in which he discusses this question.

Having considering effective impact of the sanctions on the Russian economy which turned it in «shreds» according to the president Obama, the report notes, the decision to use «Alaska factor» for strengthening of pressure upon the USA was made in Moscow.

As it is known, the visa-free transportation of native population of Chukotka and Alaska was authorized in 1995. Since the end of the 2000th years, the fighting units of the Russian Chukchi people started getting on the territory not only Alaska, but also the North of Canada under the guise of civilians. Their total number is unknown, but, most likely we can talk about several thousand. They are perfectly prepared, equipped by all necessary for operations conducting. Many of them aren’t professional military personnel of the Russian army and work in the private military companies or call themselves as «volunteers».

Information was confirmed by the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the USA the general Martin Dempsey who showed the pictures of the Russian Chukchi people going to Alaska made from prospecting satellites.

It is necessary to tell the Russian Chukchi people are great fighters. The Russian Empire waged the war for 150 years, and, despite technological superiority in arms, couldn’t win a victory.

Chukchi people are more often than average height, some of them reach six feet height, they are slim, strong and live up to extreme old age. Severe climate, bitter cold to which they are exposed constantly, their partly raw and partly part slightly cooked food which they have a lot and physical exercises from which they don’t evade almost for one evening while weather allows, numerous occupations give them advantage of force, health and endurance.

As it is noted in the report, the male Chukchi people are brave when they are resisted by weight, they are afraid less the death, than cowardice. Chukchi people have centuries-old military traditions in which are brought up from the earliest age. So, in the past during operations when soldiers met in hand-to-hand fight, Chukchi people used an unusual tactic. The soldiers flew up in air from their back rows suddenly, flew by over the heads of the opponent and fell in their back. The opponent clamped from two parties quickly surrendered at discretion. It was long distinguished how the soldiers fly up in air and fly by to twenty-forty meters. As it appears, they jumped on a spear which was held by two soldiers. Those shook a spear, it sprung and the trained Chukchi soldiers flew up in air. The modern science of the USA couldn’t establish how it was done by Chukchi people.

Thus, Russia created magnificent special troops from the Chukchi people for war in polar region conditions. Chukchi people are the inherent soldiers and specialists in conducting guerrilla actions by small groups in the conditions of the tundra and Far North.

As now, in the past the Bering Strait separating the coast of Asia from America is insufficiently wide to become a barrier to robberies. In big kayaks the leather boards of which weren’t afraid of collision with ice edge, Chukchi people crossed waters for the sake of prey. Awful bloody Chukchi invasions kept in legends of the Eskimos which are widely known in circles of the American experts.

It is necessary to consider military and historical traditions of Chukchi people. In XVII—XVIII centuries the aggressive Chukchi people often made attacks on the American continent. Male soldiers on kayaks (the boats fitted by walrus skin) were transported through the Bering Strait, went along the coast and plundered the settlements located on their way. Chukchi «Vikings» reached not only territories of present Canada, but also California, keeping in awe the settlements, located on the coast.

In the course of time the Eskimo population on Alaska was almost completely assimilated by Chukchi people.

Chukchi people never took men prisoner, only women. If young Black women aged till 25 years came across, they were used not only at works in a settlement, but also as sex slaves that was the human rights violation and a racial segregation. Besides, Chukchi people don’t recognize the gender equality and always struck at the rights of sexual minorities' representatives.

Usually, the Eskimo women gave up on favour to winners after the death of husbands in fight and never remembered the lost spouses. Moreover, the Eskimo wife who got to the Chukchi man would never begin to speak about the former husband.

For some last years the hundreds of the Russian Chukchi people, who crossed the Bering Strait, married the Eskimo women and in many cases their former husbands completely disappeared, and Chukchi people not only took their places, but also accepted their names.

As report testifies, the Russian Chukchi people who moved to Alaska not only got universal support of local population, but also made almost impossible their identification and establishment of participation in the Russian special troops as even the members of families of Eskimos will never confirm this fact. Genetic researches, considering full assimilation, are absolutely useless in this case.

As the authors of the report note, Chukchi people carry on promotion and propaganda among the local Eskimo population before X moment, having preparing them for mass actions against the U. S. Government. They upload the pictures on social networks, without hesitating of the fact of the presence on Alaska at all.

The main motive of the Chukchi promotion on Alaska is the need of association of local Eskimos with the world’s largest population of the Eskimos numbering 65 thousand people living in the Chukotka Autonomous national Area of the Russian Federation.

After annexation of the Crimea and the beginning of the Russian aggression in the East, the Buryats, Tuvans and Altay people having considerable external similarity with them, and, the main thing, who got fighting experience in the Russian terrorist divisions in fights in the east of Ukraine, started joining the structure of the Chukchi special divisions. Now preparation for invasion to Alaska is almost complete.

According to authors of the report, the Russian military group on Chukotka is considerably strengthened. Some regimental sets of the intercontinental ballistic missiles «Yars» and «Topol-M», «Bastion» and «Bal» coast guard complexes were delivered secretly there and more than one hundred Club-K complexes disguised under ordinary sea containers were concentrated on civil shipboards in the ports of Chukotka.

The Russian air defence group on the peninsulas of Chukotka and Kamchatka is considerably strengthened, the arrival of the S-300 air defence complexes transferred from the European part of Russia and the Crimea where they were replaced by modern «S-400» is noted. The air defence complexes «Pantsir-M», «Buk» and «Tor» cover the areas of the Russian forces expansion.

There are unconfirmed data on arrival of several Iskander complexes with cruise long-range missiles and also transfer of several strategic Tu-160 and Tu-95 bombers on the territory of Chukotka.

According to authors of the report, the plan of Russian government is as follows: soon after holding the referenda directed by the Kremlin on Chukotka and Kamchatka they will gain formal independence and will begin to be called as the Chukotka — Kamchatka National Republic. Moscow is sure that referenda will be recognized by the USA and the West within their policy on counteraction of Russia on the geopolitical arena and plans for its transformation to some independent states.

Moscow recognizes the new state at once and will leave all armed divisions at its command.

Having considering the number of the nuclear weapon and means of its delivery which was at disposal of the new state including nuclear underwater missile cruiser, the new state will be high on the list in the world at once.

After that the Chukotka — Kamchatka National Republic will sign the Contract on mutual aid with North Korea and the Chukchi agents on Alaska will begin mass actions of Eskimos with requirements of independence and further joining the Chukotka and Kamchatka National Republic.

Having considering a significant amount Russian Chukchi people in the Eskimo settlements, these disorders have to gain mass character. Any attempts of the leadership of the USA to stop them will encounter threat of the leaders of the new state to use the nuclear weapon. Moscow will traditionally sit on the fence and deny the participation in the conflict in every possible way.

In turn, the authors of the report consider, a reciprocal nuclear attack of the USA across Chukotka and Kamchatka, considering their lowest density of population, will be simply useless whereas the Chukotka and Kamchatka ballistic missiles will cause catastrophic damage to the USA.

Within strategy of «hybrid war» in the territory of Alaska, «self-defence units» equipped with the most modern weapon will appear from the beginning of disorders. Moscow counts the lowest concentration of armed forces of the USA on Alaska, lack of operations experience in the Arctic conditions in the territory will allow the divisions of the Chukchi spetsnaz to capture all a little significant objects within a day making the use of the Crimea annexation experience.

Experts of «Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine» are sure the Russian aggression in the territory of Alaska is real, but not fictional threat to security of the USA with far-reaching consequences as in the subsequent it can extend on the territory of Canada and many states of the USA.

Authors of the report note, according to Moscow, the USA, having got stuck in events round Ukraine, won’t be capable to react adequately to the Chukotka and Kamchatka hybrid war in due time.

Having considering this threat, the government of Ukraine in the face of the Russian aggression cleaves to allied obligations for assistance to fraternal people of the USA suggests to allow visa-free entry into the USA for Ukrainians, to enter the simplified order of obtaining citizenship of the USA and Canada with the subsequent moving on Alaska and the North of Canada for the organization of effective defence against the Chukchi-Kamchatka aggressor.

For these purposes the government of Ukraine asks to allocate financial aid at the rate of 8 billion dollars.

The U. S. President Barack Obama gave the corresponding instructions to the Ministry of Defence of the USA, Central Intelligence Service and the Ministry of Finance after the report inspection.

Besides, the U. S. Secretary of State John Kerry addressed to the Ukrainian colleague Pavel Klimkin with an official request to send 300 Ukrainian military advisers to Alaska having fighting experience in war against the Buryats in the East of Ukraine.
