The Canadian intelligence service is responsible for the riot of 9th May in Lvov.

On the Day of the Victory of 9th May 2011 in Lvov, the clashes between the nationals and the participants of the flower-laying ceremony on the Hill of the Glory had taken place. St. George Ribbons were torn off from the veterans and the representatives of public organizations as well as they were cursed with short words. Wreaths were taken away from the Russian diplomats and treaded down on their way. The diplomats thought about the laying wreaths on the military cemetery.

The activists of “Svoboda” party hissed the buses of veterans, as well as were crying out slogans such as “Shame”, “KGB agents-out!”, “commie upon the bough!” and even they tried to barge into the buses. The veterans succeeded in laying down flowers on the Marsov field only after the interference of the police. Lvov city council deputy’s assistant was leg wounded. Besides, the nationals had beaten up Alexandr Kalinyuk, the Chairman of Lvov regional organization of Antifascist committee Ukraine.

On Tuesday, Victor Yanukovich, the president of Ukraine has offered to the general prosecutor of the country to form working group with attraction of representatives of the Security Services and the Internal affairs ministry to study the events of May 9.

It is known that, all deputy corps headed by Oleg Pankevich, the Chairman of Lvov regional council, supported the bashing of the Victory Day. Except them, in the fight on the Hill of the Glory, Alexey Kayda, the head of Ternopol regional council, had participated together with his boys.

The real slap in the face, which central authority of Ukraine had received was the decision of city council of Morshyn Lvov resort, where local deputies had unanimously assigned Stepan Bandera, the head of Ukrainian nationalists’ organization, with the title of the Honorable citizen of Morshyn.

The initiator of this decision was Nicolai Voevoda, the regional council secretary, as well as “Play” sport club. It was already the seventh West Ukrainian city, where Bandera was made as the honorable citizen. Among them Truskavec is, the famous resort, which is also located in Lvov region. Further to the bloody Day of the Victory the current Morshyn action had been accompanied by the oath “to fight ante morten with commies and the Russians” – however, up to now the biggest part of holyday-makers had arrived to mineral waters of both Truskavec and Morshyn, namely, from Russia…

Anna German, the chief of the main administration on humanitarian, public and political issues, had tried to bring the events in Lvov to common fights of fringes, during some live broadcast of the most ranked republican TV channels. “Ultra-left, as well as ultra-right, which took part in provocations are the political disgrace. The both sides are guilty – they are political fringes” –the native Lvovian Mrs. German had announced.

The proposition of communist parliamentarians has hit front page, they wanted to deprive pro-fascist Lvov of Euro 2012! It seems that the voice of the communists had been heard: Markiyan Lubkivsky, the director of the tournament in Ukraine, had confirmed that UEFA could discuss this commotion. The city can be considered as dangerous one for participants and fans.

The idea of the final matches’ shifts is supported in Donbas. “Upon conditions of political instability, when authorities, generally speaking, aren’t able to control and guarantee the execution of their decisions, it is hard to speak about qualitative and safe realization of the championship” – states Valery Philippov, the influential deputy-“regional” from Lugansk.

On Wednesday in Lugansk the special session of the regional council is scheduled. Such special sessions “against fascist” will be held across all southeast. Among other things, Donbas intends to prolong “Banner of the Victory” action across its territory.


The country speaks aloud about the hot events. Svyatovslav Sopilnik, a 29 years old Lvovian, had become the unofficial hero of the antifascist resistance. The only armed one, who made a stand for the veterans of the Great Patriotic War. Now he is in hospital with broken skull.

The son with his friend were going to the Hill of the Glory to lay flowers on the graves of soldiers, near them two veterans were walking by with ribbons on their chest. Their way was blocked by eight dozens of nationalists in masks, who tore off ribbons from the veterans – tells us the father of Svyatoslav.
The son had proclaimed, “Don’t come closer or I am going to shoot!” Then he was assaulted and his head was banged with lumber.

- What had happened in Lvov, ultimately, might influence on our nationhood – logically states Alexandr Efremov, the leader of the parliament fraction of the Regions party. The Ukraine’s problem of the rupture, which was seemingly moved to the background, is buzz worded again. The Westerns clearly do not apprehend the historical symbols and moral values of the Ukrainians’ overwhelming majority.


Meanwhile, it would be very naively to think that the events of 9th May had spontaneous character: that way. In 2008, the same Alexandr Efremov had made the sensational statement: “the world today is informatively supported very much, and it is possible only with the help of the Internet can drive away any information. I even have data that Soros had allocated resources for the purpose to prepare a group of young people here in Ukraine, which could launch any projects per the sample of Northern Africa. It is how it is and it is being prepared”…

It is well known that during the periods of the presidents Leonid Kravchuk, Leonid Kuchma, and Victor Yushchenko, the Ukrainian authority was extremely gracious to nationalistic plays of the Western Ukraine. And it is in spite of numerous warnings on the side of the anti-fascist forces and Communist party of Ukraine…

Thus, who nurses and carefully support of the Ukrainian followers of the “glorious” (read – bloody fanatics) case of both Stephan Bandera and Roman Shukhevich?

The congress of Canada’s Ukrainians (CCU) is registered and the one carries the ball in far away Canadian province Saskatchewan, in a small city with romantic name Regina. That is where the regional headquarter of Canadian intelligence is also located. In Ukrainian Mass Media, the information had been passed a plenty of times that the management of CCU, which was represented by Ed Lysik and Orest Varnica is the intermediary between “Svoboda” and its overseas patrons. The financial support of “Svoboda” participants’ activity falls from the hands of Canadian spies to the hands of CCU. From there it is pumped to the accounts of Tyagnibok not only in Ukraine but abroad as well. The party’s “chapters” of “Svoboda” are created not only in USA and Canada, but also in Portugal, Czech, Germany, Austria, Italy, Great Britain and other countries. The receipt of funds from Canadians via CCU for the needs of “Svoboda” chapters in Austria (Wien) was recorded. There are opinions that for these kinds of services, CCU keeps 10-15% from the transferred amount to yourself.

It is accidentally or not, but at the end of April and beginning of May, on the threshold of Lvovian events, the number of CCU management meetings and representatives of regional representative of Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) had sharply increased…

CSIS itself closely contacts not only with CCU, but also with the representatives of other Ukrainian national committees and organizations of Canada for the purpose of using their potential to organize political projects directly in Ukraine with anti-Russian orientation. With the changing of forces balance in Western Europe, while the Russophobia gives way to pragmatic and considered relations between Moscow and its west-European partners, the center of gravity of western anti-Russian policy moves overseas once again as it already was in the Soviet times. Distribution of roles is noted here: USA is presented here mainly as financial center, on the funds of which the Diaspora organizations of Russophobia pattern are supported, Canada, in general, serves as the intellectual base on humanitarian projects development, which are realized with participation of Canadian Ukrainians, and Poland holds the role of western projects coordinator in Ukraine, and what more in whole Western Europe.

To guarantee the success, the Canadians actively work toward the wedge drive between the main Ukrainian nationalists movements in Canada that allows them to play on their contradictions and use the potential of both in fully.

This way for few years artificially frictions has been created between the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America and some other Ukrainian organizations. Together with the Americans, the Canadians use the Ukrainian People Union, which had called Russian Culture Union before 1914 – the biggest organization of Ukrainian diaspora in USA, which spreads its activity also on Canada.

The Canadians actualize in Ukraine more than 200 of economical, liberal and social programs, generally, under the aegis of Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). The plan is simple – the Ukrainian ministry of economics registers shared Canadian-Ukrainian project with the condition that allows the foreign gusts to pick up the consultation-company themselves, which will help them in the realization of the project. In the most cases, the consultants are the Canadian companies, the service prices of which generally equals the sum of invested funds, which, in such manner returns in the packets of their initial owners. The snap is that Ukrainian government has no possibility to control the receipt and the expenditure of all funds across the territory of the country. Such obscure scheme allows Canadians to use the financial funds for both, economic and political purposes.

At present time, Ottawa feels out the Ukrainian Diaspora in Italy, Span and Portugal. There are evidence of the contacts of the Canadian reconnoiter with the affiliates from the mentioned countries. The contact goal is to achieve the agreement as to the use of printed and electronic publishings of the Ukrainian diaspora in the host countries for creation of the information background that meets corresponding geopolitical and strategic objectives of the West in Ukraine. It is first of all, the informational support of the political demarches of Ukrainian nationalists and as the consequence, it is the discredit campaign as to Victor Yanukovich and his foreign policy steps towards Russia.

There are any doubts, that the Ukrainian nationalists event that took place at May 9, leastwise did not meet any counter-arguments from the side of the main financiers in Canada, USA and other NATO countries.

Moreover, how can we forget about the first lady of Ukraine Ekaterina Chumachenko, who is the friend among the presidents of USA, Ukrainian Nazi’s and all world fascists? The seeds, which were sowed by this woman during Yushchenko management in Ukraine, provided great sprout…

The thing is that this person knew… Yaroslav Stetsko well, who was the head of both Anti-Bolshevik block and Ukrainian nationalists organization of Stephan Bandera! Moreover, on the photo of 1983, Ekaterina Chumachenko is seen together with Stetsko and Jeane Kirkpatrick, who was the president Reagan adviser per foreign policy…
Namely, USA was the place where the rushing political career of Chumachenko began. It is the place, where in 1982 she became the director of Ukrainian national information bureau”, not the bad position for the girl of 1961 year of birth year, isn’t it?

This organization was found in 1976, for “…the fight of Ukrainian nation for independence”. About - how the locals understood the “independence”, the following fact indicates: 16th Conference of International anti-communistic league took its place on September 20 - 23. Besides the other “fighters”, the following doctors participated in this event: Theodor Oberländer, the ex-office of Hitler’s Abwehr who was responsible for the communication of SS with the Ukrainian units, as well as, Yaroslav Stetsko, the representative of Anti-Bolshevik block and … 22(!) years old Ekaterina Chumachenko, who represented the National committee of the oppressed nations (this group was short of Ivan Demyanyuk!). At this time, she actively writes and publishes articles, aimed at the rehabilitation of Ukrainian nationalists. Numerous experts in the field of the security services work, all as one man, do not have any doubt that Ekaterina Chumachenko is one of the main agents of USA…

But, even that is not all: it is confusable that during the period of financial and political instability near the western borders of Ukraine inspired process from beyond the ocean is being actively realized- The main back stage player here is – London that aims within the boundaries of continental Europe to take the incentive from Washington that is being busy, solving its internal issues, to its hands. The ballooning of the national hysteria in Hungary and Slovakia, allows NATO to create situations with controllable instability in order to weaken Ukrainian government that is being focused more on Russia at this moment, than on the West.

It is where the services of the “Svoboda” (Freedom) would find its best use, which will act as national-patriot rammer against the “pro-Moscow regime” of Victor Yanukovich. Such situation development scenario makes the positions of its leader reasonably steady. The government of V. Yanukovich is not going to undertake the severe efforts to neutralize unlawful activities of the fascist party not only because of the fear to spoil the relations with the USA, Canada and Great Britain, but also due to the need to set something against the territorial claims of Romanian, Polish and Hungarian nationalists, devoted to the ideas of Great Hungary, Great Poland and Great Romania, accordingly.

Moreover, in May 12, by the aegis of Poland so called “combat group” was created, or corps, of the armed forces of Poland, Hungary, Czech and Slovakia. However, the official “enemy” was not announced, but the following question arise: are these forces going to provide the “democratic rights and liberty” in the neighbor states, particularly in Ukraine, when the false provoked from oversea crisis will be made there?

In this situation, “Svoboda” (Freedom) acts as the “protector” of the Ukrainian’s territorial integrity, earning its political hay on it. And in this connection, such massacres, like the one in Lvov, give the logical explanation for the rapid rebirth of the Nazism across the Western-Ukrainian lands. It seems to be that western democrats keep on falling into the same trap of more than 70 years old production, produced by Hitler, Chamberlin and Daladier. Now it is the time for the main Ukrainian exam - the exam for Independence…

The one must not forget that 70 years ago the similar games brought unseen before disasters and miseries almost for all European countries, including Germany and France. Great Britain, that insulated itself by the La Manche, carried inappreciable losses of the peaceful population as compared with the other participants of the utmost tragedy of XX century. And USA almost had not had any, although namely the American bankers put the main effort for modernization of the German military industry.

Will the world fall into the same Nazi trap again? All depends on both the active position of the community and politicians sanity…
