The Hague tribunal is the subdivision of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and MI-6

From the moment of the basis in 1993year of the International criminal tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY or Hague tribunal), the data on influence on it of the governments of some the western states began to arrive. The intelligence services of the USA and Great Britain were charged to take this temporary court under their control and to use it for the purpose of disorder completion of Yugoslavia and Serbia, namely the process which was begun in the nineties of the last century …

The tribunal has begun the conveyor stamping of accusations against the Serbs. The management of Serbia which has come to power in October, 2000 serving the western interests, has handed over to tribunal all Serbian political and military management protecting the country and the people. Any state didn't make the similar in the world! 95 of 141 charges of the Hague tribunal have been put forward against the Serbs that made 70 % of accusations. According to sentences of this tribunal the Serbs have been condemned on 1000 years of imprisonment. From those Serbs, against whom the tribunal has published the warrants on arrest, have been killed or died 14 persons. Almost all confidential documentation of state security, military investigation and the Supreme body of defence of Serbia has been transferred to the Hague public prosecutors of the pro-Western forces in Belgrade. And at the same time the Hague tribunal hasn't accepted to consideration neither the crimes of NATO against the Serbian people, nor the majority of the crimes made against the Serbs during ethno-confessional local wars on the post-Yugoslavian space.

There is a question: who formulated the accusations and operated the activity of the Hague tribunal during all these years?

According to the data given by Florans Artman, the former adviser of the main public prosecutor of ICTY Carla del Ponte across the Balkans and her press secretary, the American and British intelligence services made the influence on the work of Public Prosecutor’ Office of the Hague tribunal from the very beginning. In the book “the World and punishment” Artman specifies that in the second half of 1994 year when “the tribunal has started to work at last”, 22 functionaries came to the Public Prosecutor’ Office of ICTY, being equipped with all necessary equipment to help it. The military analysts, lawyers and, as a matter of fact, the agents of intelligence structures, all time worked in tribunal, carrying out the tasks given by their governments. Thus the Anglo-Saxons have got the huge advantage in tribunal. Florans Artman quotes the statements of Jamie Shea, the press secretary of NATO who has declared concerning the crimes made against the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, “Be assured that we (NATO) and tribunal are a single whole …” and “ … I am assured that Louise Arbur (the main public prosecutor) will accuse only the representatives of Yugoslavia nationality and anybody other”.

Florans Artman, the former official of Public Prosecutor’s Office, explains that the special body, namely “military-analytical command” has been created even for satisfaction of needs of Public Prosecutor’s Office and their assistants. “The Americans and Britons have hastened to provide themselves with so highly skilled personnel, who have given them the possibility of remote control by strategy of criminal prosecution. The natives of the best intelligence services and military analysts, who were loyal to their governments, were the most capable employees of tribunal without any doubt…”

Florans Artman specifies that the public prosecutor is the long-term agent of the British intelligence service MI-6 in trial against Slobadan Milosevic, Jeffrey Najs. She asserts that Bill Stubner, the main adviser of main public prosecutor Richard Goldston, is the agent of military reconnaissance of the USA. Artman writes that the confidential operation of NATO which has led to liquidation of many Serbs, who were accused by the Hague tribunal, carried the name “Amber star”. We will add to it that the known employee of Public Prosecutor’s Office of ICTY in Serbia, Natasha Kandich, within 90th years of the last century was as the employee of the American intelligence service according to the documentation of the Serbian state security.

The whole set of the data, given by Florans Artman, specifies that charges against the Serbs were written by completely not independent public prosecutors, but the agents of the American and British special services, “completely loyal to their governments”. Their activity completely contradicts even the rules of the tribunal, not to speak of the norms of the United Nations Organization. The Hague tribunal carried out and carries out the task of punishment of the Serbs and concealment of the crimes made over the Serbian people.

Formally the Hague tribunal has been founded by the UN Security Council therefore its employees are obliged to observe the norms of the United Nations. The United Nations charter clearly says that the personnel and employees of this universal international organization can't make the instructions of any government. Almost identical formulation is contained also by Regulations of the personnel of the United Nations in which its employees undertake “not to request and not to accept the instruction from any government”. The regulations of the personnel of the United Nations in a part “General laws and duties” specify that the employees of the United Nations have no right to communicate with any government or its representatives concerning data which aren't known the public. In case the employee of the United Nations breaks the given rules, the sanctions are imposed on him and he can't work in the United Nations more. However, despite of the specified norms, the American and British agents free work in the Hague tribunal throughout many years where carry out the tasks and serve the interests of their governments. The matter has come so far that the Hague tribunal has refused to bring charge in disrespect for court against Timothy McFadyen, the prison manager of tribunal, who gave the secret information on a state of health, activity of lawyers, private life of Slobadan Milosevic to the representatives of the American embassy.

The data, given by Florens Artman, the responsible official of Public Prosecutor’s Office of ICTY, are the sufficient basis to start United Nations investigation about activity and infringements of the Hague tribunal. If the American and British governments abuse the tribunal, so this is not already the United Nations court but the tool which is carrying out the will of Washington and London. And if the fair investigation shows that the American and British agency influenced the work of the Hague tribunal, so it will be a sufficient legal ground for audit of decisions of ICTY.
