The Novosibirsk deputy – the United Russia party member has asked a political asylum in Georgia.

The Georgian mass media have joyfully informed on sensational event: the deputy of Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region Dmitry Gordeev has appeared in Georgia. He has run away by a miracle in the country of democratic values which tried to destroy the civilian people in neighboring country three years ago, obviously not democratic. Where still to search for protection as not here – in “remarkable” corner of the Caucasus where they blow up the monuments to soldiers of the Great Patriotic War and disperse the meetings by bludgeons?

Let's look closely at the defender of universal values who has decided to change the cold Siberia to solar democratic Georgia. Dmitry Gordeev is 33 years old. When in 2005 he has been elected as the deputy of Novosibirsk Regional Council of Deputies, so he has to be the youngest of people's deputies. He positioned himself as the competent business manager, moreover with a sight at prospect, after all Gordeev has graduated from the Novosibirsk State Architecture and Building Construction University and later became the Candidate of Economics. It is clear that he has decided to work as a part of committee on building and questions of a housing-and-municipal complex in council. The theme, as they say, is native and close, after all our deserter was the director of the building company.
It is necessary to say that mister Gordeev, seemingly, is the pluralist in the soul. After all he was been elected to the Regional Council from Liberal Democratic party of Russia headed by Vladimir Zhirinovsky, and has appeared in the ranks of fraction of absolutely other party “United Russia” a bit later. Later he also has entered this party.

However, when the time of the next elections has come, so rather interesting thing was found out – “United Russia” in the Novosibirsk region hasn't included Dmitry Gordeev in the list of candidates at party conference. Possibly, already then the analysts and astrologists of party have counted that it looks crooked …

But not to leave the deputy mandate, Gordeev goes on one-mandatory district where he wins thanks to that the opposition couldn't agree among themselves. Local journalists and experts have estimated the campaign in this election district as the struggle without rules in which just the deputy was a good judge. Anyhow, but the problem has been executed, and, appear, it was possible to be engaged in deputy duties as suddenly the capital of Siberia has been dumbfounded by sensational news.
It has been formulated in quite official language – nowhere more officially, after all this news has been placed on an official site of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs across the Novosibirsk region! Also it was informed that Dmitry Aleksandrovich Gordeev, January 6, 1978 year of birth, the native of Novosibirsk is searched by the Criminal Investigation Department of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs across the Novosibirsk region, who is accused of commission of crime, provided by part 4 of article 159 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation (swindle). The measure of restraint was chosen in relation to deputy in the form of written undertaking not to leave was chosen, but this point didn't disturb him any more …

Criminal case on the new friend and associate of Saakashvili has been opened in April, 2010, then in February of next year the accusation in swindle was given to him and the written undertaking not to leave was taken from him. And on March 5, the deputy was put on the wanted list - since then neither the colleagues-deputies, nor the voters didn't see mister Gordeev.
What has the young and perspective deputy made? As it appears, he is charged with theft of 11, 4 million rubles from one of the building companies of the Novosibirsk region. News agency “Interfax” has informed: “These money has been received by the accused from July, 2006 till April, 2007 for acceptance of decisions in favor of the given company by the mayor’s office of Novosibirsk, for maintenance of financing of the company from means of the regional budget and that the mayor’s office won't insist on performance of the repair-construction work by the company. As a result the company had obligations before the mayor’s office on financing of the repair-construction work for the sum more than 30 million rubles”.

The writing fraternity has remembered at once that the deputy, still being the candidate in Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region, promised “to help the business in this sense”. Here the citation: “Problems which are in business have the character of the administrative help. Somewhere something is impossible to people. It is necessary to communicate and help simply to business in this sense”.

But the deputy hasn't simply gone to races, as it became fashionable at a certain category of citizens, but has addressed … with the video reference to the president in which has told that became a victim of… special services! Further these special services have overtaken Dmitry Gordeev in far Thailand, but according to his own words, he has managed to outwit them both has broken loose. Also it has already happened in Turkey, it turns out a real detective with obvious Novosibirsk coloring …



Cry, Latvia! Sob, Estonia! Mourn other show-windows of the free democratic world! You are behind now and the proud Georgia strides ahead! After all the fluent Novosibirsk deputy has directed the feet there. There was nothing to say to the voters. Probably, he didn’t want too much.

But there is the interview at once on “The First Information Caucasian”! The channel PIK carries out the full-size announcement from 7 a.m. on Tbilisi time in the Russian language from Tbilisi. And, if somebody is interesting, so the management of it is carried out by the private company of Open Joint-Stock Company “K 1”, founded by Robert Parsons and Ekaterina Kotrikadze.

Naturally, the host of the program asks a question at once: what Dmitry Gordeev hopes? He answers: “I have arrived … asked the protection from the country leaders … have asked the asylum. And all these are considered”. One more logical question further goes:
“Why namely Georgia?”, persistently asks the host, as on interrogation. And the answer has sounded rather curious: “Why not?! Georgia is the democratic country. That’s why Georgia … There were not much variants. Probably, it is a destiny. I consider that basically Georgia is the democratic country, therefore I have arrived here”.
Of course, the explanation is settling, but probably that still ahead – speeches, interview, statements. Here he already addresses to bloggers: “If there are the questions, I will answer with pleasure, including about Georgia”. For example, somebody writes him: “Hope, you won't be disappointed in Georgia”. And Gordeev answers: “I didn’t already disappoint”.
I’ll say, after all he has got to good campaign – will communicate now with not finished terrorists, deserters and aggressors and at the same time to comprehend the democracy elements on a method of the well-known for the whole world tie swallower Mikhail Saakashvili. As that has told the main thing to the world: “We will continue the strengthening of democracy even more strongly”. Here, maybe, and Gordeev will fit as a live symbol of that occurs in the bad big next state, which only thinks how to grasp the freedom-loving Georgia. Here is still the citation from the told of Saakashvili: “At the head of our neighbor, the former power there is a force which has openly begun struggle against these values created by civilized mankind”.

There are always interested persons who like to listen to such fairy tales but whether someone here will read the words of known public man in Novosibirsk Igor Lobarev who has addressed directly to Gordeev: “Don't you feel the fault? I have enough information on use of the position in interests of the business and illegal building and the forgery of the documents. Therefore it was not necessary to break the law … And further confess and describe your sins before the law and before citizens of Novosibirsk. Yours faithfully, I.V. Lobarev”.

It is difficult to add something. But, maybe, mister Saakashvili will add something. He has a wide experience of confusing the issue in the light of last instructions abroad.
