The USA struggles with the international terrorists and aliens in Kharkov by means of supernova nuclear installation.

In April, 2010 in Washington within the limits of the Summit concerning the nuclear safety between the president of Ukraine Victor Yanukovich and the president of the USA Barack Obama the arrangement on export of highly rich uranium from Ukraine in exchange on building of supernova nuclear installation in Kharkov has been reached.

Yanukovich has explained the necessity of uranium export from the country in the statement for summit results as “reduction of risks which exist today in our country concerning storage and protection of nuclear materials”. The Ukrainian uranium doesn’t give a moment’s peace for the USA already for a long time. The American mass-media of many years drew the most improbable pictures of that who and how can use the enriched uranium stored in Kharkov where there are 80 % of all stocks of this material in Ukraine.

Originally it could be Ssadam Hussein, then "al -Qaeda" and other international terrorists who, ostensibly, regularly visit the Kharkov Physical and Technical institute with tempting offers. The American magazine "US News and World Report" has appeared to be the most extreme. The author of article referring to the former employee of CIA writes that certain buyers of the weapon and military technologies endlessly visit Kharkov with its munitions factories and the advanced centers of science. The citation, "There is no such creature in all galaxy which wouldn't visit Kharkov".

The USA, certainly, should undertake the resolute actions in the conditions of such "threat" of possible arms of alien aggressors by the Kharkov uranium. And it has been done – the USA tried to buy out the Ukrainian uranium since 2002 but was refused. Then there was the article in “Washington Post” that the USA has suspicions concerning the cooperation of the Kharkov scientists with Iraq. The former honorary consul of Iraq in Kharkov Yury Orshansky could be the intermediary in these intercourses, according to "Washington Post".

Fortunately, the decades of fears for "the galactic" world in connection with "ownerless" Kharkov uranium for the USA have ended. According to the arrangement between Obama and Yanukovich, all enriched uranium will be taken out from territory of Ukraine or neutralized to low -rich which isn't suitable for creation of nuclear warheads till April, 2012.

Thus "the Kharkov" nuclear danger has been liquidated at active participation of the USA but now there is a headache in Kharkov in connection with building of the nuclear reactor presented for it, which fully name as “the Source of neutrons based on subcritical assembly, operated by the linear accelerator of electrons”. Its building is planned to spend on the territory of the Kharkov Physical and Technical institute, in immediate proximity of which there are apartment houses, kindergarten and school. The ecologists and the public have acted categorically against the nuclear experiment. After all the building and test of an experimental nuclear reactor is planned, not used still before in the world – in the middle of a densely populated inhabited file!

According to the head of ecological group "Pechenegi" Sergey Shaparenko «if to put the reactor in Kharkov according to the technology which they offer to us, so the defeat radius can be 30 kilometers in case of possible failure. Such “happiness” is not necessary for Kharkov. The ecologist offers the scientists and officials to make experiments in the Chernobyl zone where there are no people.

Thereupon the opinions are expressed that the USA deliberately place the potentially dangerous experimental object far away from the borders under the pretence of "gift”. The coordinator of public organization “Green front” Victoria Kravchenko puts a main question in the name of her organization and all Kharkov community, “Why any more powerful and modern American center of science didn't undertake this nuclear experiment and have selected a place of its carrying namely Kharkov?” Perhaps because this reactor will work near to the Ukrainian-Russian border? The accident on Japanese atomic power station "Fukushima-1" tells about the reliability of nuclear reactors of the American assembly … Doesn’t the USA is going to have "the nuclear" center of intensity in 50 kilometers from Russia? By the way, here is used the most unrestrained fantastic pretexts too as well as in a case with expansion of the American antimissile defence in Romania and Poland: there – rocket threat from Iran, here – aliens … And all it occurs in immediate proximity of the Russian borders.

The Americans use the Georgian territory with a view of manufacture of experiences for a long time on creation of new samples of the biological weapon. In particular, such laboratory is in settlement Alekseevka nearby to Tbilisi.

Despite the numerous protests, on May 18, the decision on building of experimental nuclear installation in the territory of the Kharkov Physical and Technical institute has been coordinated at session of the Kharkov City Council. Now, the building of dangerous American "gift" will begin all the same after the acceptance of the corresponding decision by the Cabinet of Ministers.
