The forecast from the Pentagon: the world expects the new great resettlement of the people

The scientists-futurologists prepared the report on the possible conflicts in the future because of natural cataclysms according to the request of the Pentagon.

Here are some data from this report:

2015 will bring the collisions to Europe because of the food, energy resources and drinking water. Only the help of Russia can rescue the Europeans from deficiency of energy resources.

In 2018, probably, China will undertake the military operation against Kazakhstan for the purpose of a capture under the control the oil and the gas pipelines passing through the territory of this Central Asian country.

2020 will bring one more problem to Europe – the increase of migrants flow and in this connection already available deficiency of drinking water will be exceeded. Let's notice that else in 2006 the World Council on water resources noted that 41 million Europeans lack drinking water and 80 million inhabitants of Europe have no neither sewer nor drainage systems.

In 2022 the conflict between France and Germany because of the Rhine River is probable. Rhine is not only the largest river of Europe, but also natural border between Liechtenstein and Switzerland, Germany and France, Austria and Switzerland. These countries are faced now by a difficult task to keep the waters of Rhine from pollution as this river is the main source of drinking water for them. The destiny of millions Europeans depends whether the parties will reach the agreement.

In 2025-2030 the European Union crash is possible that will lead to migration of the Europeans to the southern Mediterranean. Level of resettlement can reach 10% of the population of Europe. Large-scale transition of the people of Northern Europe to the South will be promoted by climate change – it becomes much more severe. Also the migrants from Turkey, Tunisia and Libya also will be directed to the south of Europe. It is difficult now to present how a situation in the European South will develop in this case.

By 2030 the relations of Japan and China can become aggravated because of raw sources.

As for the USA, this country is threatened by a flow of migrants from islands of the Caribbean Basin and since 2015 the Europeans will immigrate in large quantities on the territory of America.
It is supposed that in connection with significant increase in prices of oil by 2020 there will be a number of the serious conflicts between the leading world powers. And sooner or later there will be a conflict between the USA and China in fight for oil sources near the Persian Gulf.

The governments of China, Pakistan and India will make every effort to hold the power. And for this purpose they can cast the people into the large-scale military conflict. Crowds of hungry people will look for shelters in other countries of the world.

It is considered that the grain producing regions of the world will be able to keep steady situation at global climatic disaster – it is Argentina, Russia and the USA.

Some countries will unite before possibility of external threat: Mexico, Canada and the USA will create the united state. The fight against uncontrollable migration from Europe and Asia becomes its main objective.

Association of Korea will benefit both to the states: the latest technologies, which Seoul earlier possessed, become available to all Korean population. United Korea becomes the nuclear power.

The constant military conflicts are possible in Africa in the future, therefore the resettlement of the Europeans or Asians hardly will happen there.

In the report of the American scientists it is specified that Russia, having entered by 2030 into structure of united Europe, becomes the supplier of energy resources, the food and fresh water for the Europeans.

Specialists of the UN also prepared the report on possible migratory processes and the regional conflicts in the future.

According to their forecasts Africa is expected by AIDS distribution, water crisis and the avalanche population shift to Europe. By 2025 there will be an armed conflict between the states being on coast of Nile.

Mass resettlements of the people of many countries to the south of Europe can provoke the revolt against the black foreigners. Europeans will be compelled not only to finance the countries captured by hunger, but to create the camps for refugees.

The droughts which have become frequent now will bring Latin America to agricultural crisis in the future. For example, last year in Brazil the drought which has captured its northeast areas, became the reason of a difficult situation with the food in more than 1000 cities of the country. In rural areas the fights for water became frequent. Water crisis resulted many farms in bankruptcy. More than a half of a livestock of cattle is lost. Already there was a reduction of a crop of bean, soy and grain crops. Specialists of the UN consider that the ecological balance of Amazonia will be broken finally in the future and Latin America will face the fight increase for possession fertile lands.

The Asian region won't have problems with drinking water, but powerful cyclones and water level increase threaten to this part of a planet in the future.

The rivers of Pakistan will dry up probably. It will result to intensity in all region. And, it isn't excluded that the war between India and Pakistan will begin. The opponents of this opposition have a nuclear weapon and it will even more aggravate a situation around the world.

China will come up against the most difficult situation: the South of the country will suffer from a plentiful precipitation, and northern areas will turn into the desert because of the strongest drought. The Chinese coast will be devastated by typhoons. Thousand refugees will go to the south the countries, escaping the climatic accident. The government of the Celestial Empire will try to cope with chaos by means of army, probably, having used the weapon.

The USA will try to block the flow of migrants on the territory from the southern border. The crime rate will increase in the border cities because of a congestion of the people. So, according to information available today, the majority of illegal migrants appeared in the USA, having crossed the border with Mexico: 90% from them have the Mexican origin.

According to the expected report of specialists of the UN, the American cities can be destroyed by the strongest hurricanes. If the American oil-extracting infrastructure undergoes destruction, the USA will be compelled to use the strategic stock that considerably will weaken the country.

It is necessary to pay tribute to the leadership of the USA: they very seriously treated the information on possible climatic accidents in the world. The Pentagon already developed the program of preparation of military men for assistance to affected regions. The new “desert” food allowances are introduced for soldiers, the necessary regimentals are prepared and new types of arms are created.

Russia also changed the priorities concerning the types of arms, considerably having reduced purchases of the traditional weapon, started building frigates and the landing ships.

Therefore, the Russian military men plan to pass in the future to “policy of gunboats” in relation to the probable opponent. Reduction of the population of the country and decline of power of armed forces don't add optimism for comprehension of future Russian state. Optimum strategy for Russia is the strengthening of armed forces of the state with the simultaneous solution of a demographic problem on increase in indigenous people of the country.

Thus, there is an apocalypse picture of “Mistral way” inflamed from a sleep in the brains of the Pentagon analysts: in Africa and Asia, near coast of South America and Australia there are imperceptible Russian “Mistrals” and the Russian marines takes the sources of drinking water. And at this time other “Mistrals” protect a gas and oil fields in the Arctic...

Meanwhile these analysts absolutely don't know for some reason (they precisely don't read the Russian press) that, probably, very soon the purchase of these ships declare the next swindle, perfect in department which was headed by the former Minister of Defence Anatoly Serdyukov... Russia couldn't fuel these ships and there is no place to serve and their hangars aren't adapted for placement of the Russian helicopters, armoured machinery and landing vessels. Thus, they can be used unless as personal yachts of Mr. Serdyukov. However, there is such option: to put them in any imperceptible bay, and to place on the deck of 1-2 installations of mobile strategic rockets like “Topol-M” and also the S-300 Air Defence Complex. And in case of need to tow these yachts to the necessary place... And to put the barrels with pickles and cabbage in hold which the bandits from the Russian marines will eat...

It seems that the hotheads from the Pentagon absolutely got lost in the analysis. And in common sense...
