The statements of the state criminals from Kiev are indifferent to the Crimea

The chairman of the All-Crimean movement «Russian Veche», the deputy of the Bakhchsaray city council, the head of regional office of the International social movement «Open Confederation of the European and Asian People» (International Public Movement «OCEAN») in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Konstantin Sergeyevich Knyrik tells about the latest events in the Crimea in interview to «The world and we».

— What is the situation with divisions of armed forces of Ukraine which settle down in the Crimea?

The majority of the military personnel accepted oath of allegiance to the people of the Crimea. There were only three military units which are still protected. But they don’t undertake any actions. And the official power of the Crimea declared that the Ukrainian military have opportunity to leave the territory of the Crimea. The same alternative is suggested to military seamen — to swear the people of the Crimea or to leave the territory of the peninsula and to continue service in the territory of Ukraine.

— How the Security Service of Ukraine is transformed?

Today there is the relevant structure — the Security Service of the Crimea (SSC). Employees of SBU who didn’t live in the Crimea, wrote applications, and the others remained to work. Further SSC will be reformatted in official Russian structure. Such structure as SBU can’t exist in the territory of the Crimea because it is the foreign structure.

— Are the results of investigation in connection with firing of the sniper on March 18? Was it succeeded to detain him?

According to preliminary data the provoker from Maidan was this sniper. Unambiguously, it was the provocation similar to those which happened on Maidan when shot both at that, and at other party. From unchecked sources it is known that he is detained and he is the 17-year-old inhabitant of Lviv. Now all possible forces both militia, and self-defence are involved in investigation of this crime.

— What is relation in the Crimea to statements of the Acting President Turchynov that «separatism» in the Crimea will be rigidly suppressed?

We are absolutely indifferent what frank impostors declare. Moreover, I consider that soon there will come the moment when they won’t be able to appropriate various names any more. These are the state criminals who have to be imprisoned. And concerning military intervention — today both self-defence forces, and militiamen, and military ensured sufficient safety to inhabitants of the Crimea, and it is doubtful that any attempts will be undertaken. On the other hand, let they will cease to flatter themselves — the Ukrainian army showed the full not fighting capacity.

And today there is a natural question to many previous governors— where we paid taxes and where is the money for army if in practice it was not ready? Here this six-thousand army with «wooden sabres» at which the gasoline comes to an end on the road and they go somewhere on foot — it is a shame and bright display in general all spheres of activity of this state. Everything is plundered. Though the danger is constituted, of course, by already uncontrollable crazy armed idiots from «Right sector».

But we can cope with any provocations in the territory of the Crimea. Also the entries to the Crimea, both the railway station and the airport are under control. And all suspicious elements capable of provocation are late and go back. On extremely measure, despite a non-standard situation, it wasn’t succeeded to carry out some large-scale provocations. There were attempts to send bullet-proof vests and the traumatic weapon through mail, but this attempt was stopped by self-defence forces. 16 frank provokers were detained.

Today the situation is completely under control because in the economic, political and moral plan the Crimea received all what always dreamed. And today works both the population and law enforcement agencies work in a uniform rush and apply a maximum of efforts for a preservation of peace and tranquillity in the Crimea.
