Victor Yanukovych, crush a loathsome!

The capital of independent Ukraine, the Russian city Kiev, is filled today by newcomers with obscure dialect to the inhabitants of Kiev.

They were equipped on Maidan, seized the central street of the country and began to establish the orders there. To seize the state buildings, to collect barricades from garbage, to be beaten for the Russian speech, to arrange mob killings over the guilty drinking companions.

Since December in the centre of Kiev there is the smell as in the village in the Western Ukraine: the rebels burn down firewood in barrels and wastebaskets. The imperial Mariinsk Park slightly was already taken on firewood — its century lindens and chestnuts appeared good means to be warmed. The last two months the Maidan is as Harlem — the entrance to militia is ordered there.

During this time there were some tens robberies, rape of the coming student in Udar Party tent, at least two corpses — one inhabitant of the Lvov area who has died of tuberculosis, and one bum were found in the building of the former Kiev city hall.
After the New Year the prime minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov pleased all with news about lost and found only some weeks later on Maidan the twelve-year-old girl. Fine image of the events, isn’t it?

The present power of Ukraine is directly as that lost girl. It waits while it would be found. Or by three-headed, so-called, opposition with its characteristic «Who doesn’t skip, that is the Russian» and more radical «Russians on knives», diligently not noticed by western sponsors. Or Vladimir Putin who has shown unprecedented on crisis times strategic generosity concerning fraternal people.

The Ukrainian power persistently refuses to find itself.

It would seem what such the become impudent morons in masks have to make that the people considering themselves as the power in Ukraine, regained consciousness from a dream and started working? Inaction of the Ukrainian special troops and internal troops are the main incentive of the flown into a rage crowd of provokers and neo-Nazis.

Today with such appeal of people of good will the Russian-cultural elite of Donets Basin and the Crimea, the remains of Russian intelligentsia of Kiev and Odessa has to act. But these beautiful people of the such won’t tell, the real intellectuals are deprived of aggressive eagerness to fight.

In the circumstances the existence of accurately formulated position of Moscow, earlier preferring not to make comments on internal affairs of neighbours is represented to the extremely important.

Already sounded statements of officials from Washington and Brussels about the need of normalization of a situation by a response from the centre of Kiev of all special forces against hearing about introduction of sanctions concerning the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Vitaly Zakharchenko from the USA are open game on the party of rebels.

These rebels wishing financially to use mass European delusion of the Ukrainians concerning the contract on a free trade zone with EU, consider themselves to have the right to specify to Kiev how to behave and what to do. We, the Russians who have financed, in fact, the Ukrainian economy from own Pension Fund and by that saved the country from an inevitable default, for some reason hesitate to state the point of view. While it is well-known that credited always will listen to advice of the creditor.

Long ago it is the time to give up hopes for actually Kiev power — just as it ran from the city hall, it runs from all governmental buildings at the first threat.

The reason is the lack of consolidation and the centralized vertical. In practice the known Ukrainian saying about a hut with edge means that everyone is for himself. The same, by the way, concerns also opposition. From all three leaders of so-called Euromaidan only the head of neo-Nazi party «Svoboda» Oleh Tyagnybok at least partially controls the rebels.

The others, Tymoshenko’s locum Arseny Yatsenyuk who has answered a Sunday appeal of crowd «Leader!"by the words that the leader are the Ukrainian people, and the strongest Ukrainian Vitaly Klitschko poured by the colleagues from the fire extinguisher for attempt to prevent collision with law enforcement agencies, carry out an unenviable role of supernumeraries, hostages of process.

Yanukovych has to centralize the power quickly in order to keep himself, to rely on the checked security officers and to force oligarchs to the world. For years of independence Ukraine developed as the state-oligarch where the president is «parting» interests of the largest financial and industrial groups.

On November 30 of the last year rigid night dispersal of several hundred dissatisfied students which looked as provocation became a detonator of protests. Actually, it was it. After all, as though is a shame to recognize to him, but, most likely, Victor Yanukovych really wasn’t aware of the events.

The order was given to the chief of the Kiev central board from Presidential Administration. Given next day, on December 1, a resignation the head of administration Sergey Levochkin who is close to the oligarch Dmitry Firtash, was set aside only last week. One westernized oligarch became less in Yanukovych’s environment.

Obviously, Firtash and Levochkin, the owners of the largest TV channel of Ukraine «Inter», till the last moment played on both camps. They promoted the organizations of student Maidan and urged TV viewers to support the leaders of «peace Protestants» on «Inter» with the help of presenters, provided comfortable existence of Udar Party of Vitaly Klitschko and helped to be released to the fascists arrested for disorders.

After one week prior to the Vilnius summit of «East Partnership» the Cabinet of Ukraine declared the European integration suspension, and it wasn’t pleasant to some Ukrainian Financial Industrial Group because the plans for legalization of disputable sewed capitals in uniform Europe ruined. And then they decided to give a gift to Yanukovych, having cruelly dispersed already dispersing crowd. That, in turn, caused the return reaction which has poured out in large-scale disorders of this Sunday.

To understand the difference of Kiev from Moscow, it is necessary to try to imagine a situation when the flown into a rage, well prepared crowd pulls out from ranks of special troops of one officer and drags him to themselves to taunt. Beats the lying man with numerous feet, smothers and tears a form with a bullet-proof vest, take off the weapon and tortures him within several hours.

I don’t know by what miracle that officer remained alive after all event with him on Sunday. I know another: if not to stop these geeks today, tomorrow will be late. We will lose Ukraine in the form which we know it.

The Crimea quicker than others will remember the autonomy in full-fledged sense of this word, Kharkov or Donetsk will become the capital which will shelter the remains of Makeevsk-Donetsk elite of Kiev running from the rebels.

Yanukovych needs to take one important step — to hear the opinion of the most part of present Ukraine and, of course, Russia. And to decide to do that.
