The word “mean” isn't a standard diplomatic word. The usual diplomats “condemn”. They pay respects. They use the language to confuse a question and never, almost never morally to condemn. They “mark” and sometimes “mark with interest”. The words are never personal, they are kept away, they are the message from a balcony and then already the time of a dinner and the usual communique – blah-blah-blah, the set of unimportant words.

But the word “mean” breaks the traditions. Though it is an ideal word and I can't present that someone could say, especially the state secretary of a male. The female disrespect is felt in a word, comparable as that the enraged wife will tell to the walking husband, that the spouse will tell to the drunk husband, that the woman will tell, very much trying to comprehend the man's perfidy.

The Chineses have answered. They have taken offense. But the truth is that they and the Russians don't have the moral enough. They think only of own interests or, in case of Putin's Russia, in interests of restoration of Peter the Great empire. (Peter the Great has built Putin’s native city – St. Petersburg). Syria is the last stronghold of Russia in the Near East. Once Russia, then was the USSR, wanted to be equal to the USA in the region, having financing the building of Aswan hydroelectric complex in Egypt and conceiving the revolution in this country. All this is in the past for a long time. Moscow has fallen to “state of bandits” in Damascus, the stronghold of the Alawites. It can't resist.

As to China, so it behaves as the child with whom they have badly addressed. Once he was grasped and plucked by the western countries, therefore China continues to confuse filantropizm with imperialism. The Chineses also are afraid of precedent. If other countries can come to the rescue of the dissidents, exposed to the persecutions, what it will mean for China? Doesn’t the country have the right to outrage over citizens as it like? It is impossible to criticize Syria that would make China under similar circumstances.

Hillari Clinton has told everything correctly. China and Russia morally support the regime which kills own people, being at war with the civilians and killing the journalists for messages about it. There is only one word for this purpose and Clinton has told it: “Mean”.

We will not remember even about Hitler raised by the American business and the nuclear bombardment of Hiroshima and Nagasaki … We will not remember about the American “peacemakers” in Vietnam and their “entertainments” in all regions of the world, beginning from the South Africa and finishing with the Near East and the South America, we will remember the recent events:

Iraq: the aggression against it was justified ostensibly by the presence of the weapons of mass destruction, which there weren’t. As a result the country was plunged into the abyss of interethnic collisions, every day explosions, people perish.

The former Yugoslavia: the aggression against it was justified by the interethnic cleanings which were ostensibly spent by the Serbs concerning the Albanians. It has turned out that all was very much the other way and present head of Kosovo Hashim Thaci successfully traded (and trades now?) the human organs of the killed by them Serbs.
