Hearsay about invasion into the Crimea is purposeful “psychosis” in social networks

The chairman of the board of People’s party «Millie Firka» Vasvi Ennanovich Abduraimov and the known Crimean journalist, the political scientist, the chief of a staff of «The Crimean front» Yury Pershikov tell about periodic information throws, allegedly, fast approach of the Ukrainian retaliatory army to the Crimea in interview of «The world and we».
— In the Internet at some Crimean Tatar forums connected with Majlis, active discussion of possible intervention of the Ukrainian armies on the territory of the Crimea is conducted. Dates of possible invasion are called also: from August 8 to August 14. How can you comment on this information?
Vasvi Abduraimov. I think that it is simply the elements of information war which is waged round carrying out retaliatory operation of Kiev against Novorossiya. It is obvious that the best answer to these information throws, any invasion into the Crimea will end with parade of the Victory of the Russian armies on the Khreshchatyk.
Yury Pershikov. There is the information that in the territory of Ukraine, near Berdyansk there is a preparation of the so-called battalion «Crimea», in the structure of which there are the Crimean Tatars who have recently left from the territory of the Crimea. The approximate number of this battalion — about 220 people is called even. Can such division constitute danger from the military point of view? If this is the usual division, of course, not. But if they also have training as prospecting and diversionary groups, then it can be a serious problem.
Besides, considering a resort season, already there is information that under the guise of vacationers, the people are thrown in the Crimea who are the coordinators and rather prepared saboteurs with whom the western experts worked.
But I don’t think that this situation represents extreme complexity. The Majlis factor is leveled today, considering that in the territory of the Crimea already there are no people who had the corresponding impact — Chubarov, Ajiyev and others. We have information that some more the most radical representatives of Majlis will be deported in the next few days from the territory of the Crimea to the territory of Ukraine.
At the same time the situation already changes in the most Tatar community — there is an understanding that Russia gives much more chances for self-realization, preservation of national identity.
Considering it, I don’t think that the Tatar factor will be defining. But, nevertheless, the hopes from Ukraine are laid on it, the representatives of «Right Sector» and nationalists hope on it too. But hardly they will be able to use this factor because Tatars one of the first saw the prospects in new conditions.
— At which forums have you seen similar discussions?
Vasvi Abduraimov. Generally this information wave «is made up» through social networks, first of all, Facebook. The main thought of these messages is that, allegedly, in August-September after Novorossiya will «be smoothed out» the invasion into the Crimea will begin. It is obvious that it is the elements of psychological pressure and opposition between the USA and Russia. There are nothing serious and thorough under these statements, except forcing of psychosis, hysteria and the fear atmosphere.
— What do you think of appeared information that there is a partial transfer of the Ukrainian army to border of the Crimea?
Vasvi Abduraimov. Periodically there are such information throws. But if that information was true, military and special departments of Russia would notice long ago it and would take the appropriate preventive measures.
Yury Pershikov. In the Kherson area quite large number of the groups so-called «territorial defence» which come from Ternopol and other cities of the Western Ukraine takes place. Those directions which Ukraine considers as the most problem for itself, for example, traffic intersections, the station in Lyubimovka which starts powering the North Crimean channel the crowd of these beggars is taken there because of whom all local population suffers.
But I have to note that often I happen to be on border — here, from our party there are a lot of the armies, new systems of arms which will reflect any aggression against the Crimea.
In the Crimea the really elite divisions which are armed unlike the Ukrainian army, with the powerful, modern equipment resists to the Ukrainian army.
Besides, those Ukrainian military who were «the fifth wheel» already left the Crimea. And the real patriots of the Crimea remained here and are ready to be at war with any enemy who has encroached on its territory.
