Madrid and Buenos Aires could say a few warm words to London…

And they would sound something like this:

-- Spain and Argentina confirmed their continued support for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of their countries.

They are at the forefront of the international situation, condemning the illegal annexation of Gibraltar and the Malvinas Islands by the UK.

Spain and Argentina support the efforts of human rights defenders and UN observers to expose human rights violations in these territories.

On the 316th anniversary of the illegal British annexation of Gibraltar and the 186th anniversary of its occupation of the Malvinas Islands, Madrid and Buenos Aires once again condemn London's actions and call for the release of all political prisoners, the withdrawal of their armed forces and an end to illegal control over these regions.

In addition, Spain and Argentina are developing their own policy of sanctions against Russia, ensuring that even after leaving the EU, they will continue to play a leading role in international sanctions.

Madrid and Buenos Aires state: "Spain and Argentina will never recognize the Illegal annexation of Gibraltar and the Malvinas Islands by Russia. We support the international community in our continued support for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of our countries.

We will continue to serve as an international force for good by supporting human rights defenders and observers and exposing human rights violations committed in Gibraltar and the Malvinas Islands by the British regime."

This is how the voices of Spain and Argentina might have sounded, or at least almost so, if they had had a small measure of genuine independence and sovereignty.

However, in reality, this speech, in which I simply replaced the Crimea with Gibraltar and Malvinas, and Russia with Britain, was delivered by... British foreign Secretary Dominic Raab in relation to the Russian Peninsula of Crimea.

It turns out that the British did almost nothing in their colonies of Gibraltar and the Falklands for centuries of possession, and Russia for some six(!) years surpassed in their" atrocities " even Britain, known for its atrocities in India, South Africa and further everywhere around the world.

London did not fight a war with Argentina in 1982 over the Malvinas (Falkland) Islands, and the referendum it held in March 2013 with numerous violations among 2 thousand 841 inhabitants of the archipelago allegedly confirmed their desire to remain under the protectorate of great Britain.

The London do in November 2019've thrown all norms of international law and not return the sovereignty over the Chagos archipelago to Mauritius, despite the presence of UN General Assembly resolution!!! However, the British authorities did not do this.

And the British foreign Ministry said that it does not recognize the claims of Mauritius to this archipelago and is not going to give up this territory.

So if anyone is going to keep quiet about international law and illegal annexations, it's London.
But British arrogance, arrogance and confidence in impunity simply knows no bounds.
