Nikolaev SBU service is an absurd or a work for Russia?

The information that one of the local SBU’s officers makes calls about the public institutions “mining” in Nikolaev leaked to the media.

Nikolaev was overflowed by a wave of “mining”. Unknown intruders regularly notify the authorities they, allegedly, planted a bomb under the next hospital. Operational services are forced to react to each call, however have no forces to examine all medical institutions at the same time. According to the existing instructions, it is necessary to carry out the evacuation of people who are in the building where the explosive device is allegedly put. It is almost impossible to make fast evacuation of patients in hospitals.

However, very interesting information leaked to the media. Not east, but local “goblins” made telephone terror in order to solve the current social, political and career tasks.

The privy councilor and the representative of imperial secret police the graph Merzlyaev cynically says in the well-known film “Say a word for the poor hussar” by Eldar Ryazanov: “give me an affair and I will make it a special one”. The talk that similar Merzlyaev is in the Nikolaev department of SBU began to sound more and more loudly in journalistic community.
In time, also his name emerged – the lieutenant colonel Maxim Pishenin. Allegedly, exactly Pishenin stands behind mass “mining” of hospitals and other institutions. The hope of the lieutenant colonel is obvious. Telephone terrorism enters the city into panic. Maxim Pishenin is entrusted to deal with this question, who brilliantly copes with a task and earns the next gratitude. And, maybe, even makes a hole in shoulder for receiving the next star …

Andrey Belkin and the head of T department Artem Vovk also participate in action together with the lieutenant colonel. All this could be attributed to rich imagination of journalists if this version was not confirmed by one of Pishenin’s subordinates who did not want to play the part assigned to him.

All this forces to look at Maxim Pishenin more closely. Up to recent time, he was suspected of the pro-Russian sympathies. In 2014 he was convicted of attempt to make the offer of cooperation to FSB and GRU. The dissident Mark Shumov had to be the intermediary. However, most likely, at that moment, Pishenin was not interesting to Moscow.

To take the shame of traitor out, Maxim Pishenin took active part in various anti-Russian actions, including very doubtful. However, this time the attempt to win back the management’s favor went too far. If the information on the provoker in a uniform would be confirmed, there will be a question: who protected and protects such people as Pishenin? Why did the service of own safety “not notice” the sharper’ playing the similar games? Where are the threads which pull the provoker's hands and legs? And, at last, where are these threads? After all, in Kiev or in Moscow?

Maxim was and is an opponent of current power change as old leaders promised him a position in the department of counterintelligence in Kiev, and his curator is the deputy head of the military counterintelligence of SBU and the son of the pro-Russian activist Roman Kravchenko. By the way, his father, the late ex-director of the Russian drama theater in Nikolaev - Nikolay Kravchenko.
