All on a planet know today that the Arctic conceals huge riches. But we should remind often that Russia has an indisputable historical right for its riches, at least because we opened them. And there is no subject for any disputes!


It is necessary to think how to provide the inflow of people to the North and the Far East, and for this purpose it is necessary to create the corresponding conditions, of course. Development of the Arctic is the vital task for the Russian state. Our state interest is accurately created today, and it remains invariable both tomorrow and the day after tomorrow!


And the deputies of the State Duma are obliged to think over legislative ensuring of this process. All our fractions in the approach to development of the Arctic are uniform — it is a vital task. And we are obliged to solve it!
